I wanted to secure my dumpster with Affordable Dumpster Services but by accident I completed the online deposit for Affordable Dumpster Rentals, it was $100.00 As soon as I did this I realized it was the wrong company and called, they assured me I wouldn't get charged. I did in fact get charged, first $100.00 then a bit later another charge for $199.00 I called the next morning and spoke with Dane, who was so polite and helpful, and he immediately refunded all of the charges! He could have possibly refused to reverse the charges or given me a hard time, but he didn't!!! For this reason, I feel that this is an honest and fair company to work with. Dane said they didn't want to have customers feeling like they were tricked or taken advantage of, it's just not their business model. I definitely feel that this is a legitimate business and I applaud Dane for his understanding!!!!
