This isn't my first time using a dumpster service, but this is the first time I've used a dumpster service and was very satisfied, I called and left a message and they returned my call quickly, gave me options that would best fit my needs and set up a convenient and quick drop off time. I received a call before the driver dropped off the dumpster and had plenty of time to be prepared. When the time came to pick up dumpster they were very generous and understanding when I asked to have more time and because the extra day I had asked for the weather was bad they offered more time. This is the best service I've received and I've had family members also have the same excellent customer service. All around a great company and amazing employees! After 40 odd years in our home it was time to move into a smaller home. Problem is, my husband is a minor hoarder. I had never used a dumpster rental before and was very new to the process but Lori was so helpful, she went above and beyond taking her time to help me decide which size to get based on examples of what each one could fit. These guys were great to work with. Very professional and had a fair rate. I called on a weds at 1:30 pm and asked if it was possible to get it by the end of the same day. Ally was awesome and said I'll do my best and an hour and a half later, 3:00pm it was delivered and ready for me to work on my project! Some other places only allowed 3 days, but they gave me 7 days + an extra day when I asked if it would be ok since I wasn't quite finished with my demo. Great family run business that couldn't be nicer or easier to work with and they really seem to know /understand and care for their clients. I am honored to give feedback about this company. Our neighbor had one and we started asking questions. Let me tell you, the price is right! We were trying other methods for our many items we wanted to rid our lives of. Needless to say, the other methods are not as flexible, there are far more limitations of what you can get rid of, the other companies provide a one size fits all and, I am sure everyone needs different things for far less money. We recently started a renovation on our rental home in Pickerington and unfortunately had to clean out the house before being able to start any renovating (pretty sure they were hoarders). After calling around to get pricing with different companies we decided to go with Bin There Dump That! You wouldn't think that customer service would be a big deal with a dumpster company but they really were so great to work and so nice. Now that we are on the tail end of the renovation we had to rent another dumpster and obviously we chose them again. It was a smaller sized dumpster but the quality and service was just as great. I've now used "Bin There Dump That" on three separate occasions (20 cubic yard, 15, and 12), and not once have I been disappointed. They win on price, promptness and professionalism, and I've decided that, going forward, they'll be my company of choice for disposal. They also do a great job of protecting your driveway by laying wood supports beneath each bin. On a rehab property I had that came with a beat up, crumbling driveway, I told them they didn't need to bother with protecting it since I was going to put in a new concrete driveway. This business is my secret weapon to big project ease and completion. We have used BTDT 4 times in 2 years. Each time they were super ease to schedule with, efficiently handled extension request and always protected our property with drop off and pick up. They even sweep up the area where the dumpster was before they leave on pick up day!! We have renovated a garage, a family room and twice purged stored possessions!! Unlike other companies, I was able to connect with an agent from this company the first try and had a dumpster delivered the same day (which was also a federal holiday). Bin There Dump That offered us great service on our need to clear our property of tree limbs and yard debris. The bin was delivered exactly when scheduled and was placed on our drive exactly where I requested even though I wasn't there. I ordered the 20-yard bin with walk in doors, which very easy to fill. Needed a dumpster to do a house cleanout on a house I just purchased. These guys were amazing. They can fit a dumpster literally anywhere and I sure challenged them. I am really impressed with this company. I like that they have the less lengthy bins that allows the truck driver to maneuver better and doesn't take up the whole driveway. I rented the biggest dumpster they have: 20 yards cubic. The service given by Jeremiah through the phone was great, friendly, prompt and accommodating to my needs. The Dumpster arrived clean and "not smelly". Put on the driveway carefully with some 4x4 underneath it (to avoid damages). What can I say...these guys are incredible. Every time I have needed a dumpster (even calling at 630pm the night before) they have delivered. They are always on time, courtious and helpful.
