This isn't my first time using a dumpster service, but this is the first time I've used a dumpster service and was very satisfied, I called and left a message and they returned my call quickly, gave me options that would best fit my needs and set up a convenient and quick drop off time. I received a call before the driver dropped off the dumpster and had plenty of time to be prepared. When the time came to pick up dumpster they were very generous and understanding when I asked to have more time and because the extra day I had asked for the weather was bad they offered more time. This is the best service I've received and I've had family members also have the same excellent customer service. All around a great company and amazing employees! I'll definitely be using their services for any future needs and recommending them to anyone who needs this service! read more

After 40 odd years in our home it was time to move into a smaller home. Problem is, my husband is a minor hoarder. I've use Bin There Dump That a few years ago and remembered how friendly and professional they were. That has not changed. James, Lori and their drivers are awesome. It took 4 dumpsters to empty out my house. They even did their best to meet me at my needs. One day we filled a dumpster early morning. I called and explained how I really needed another same day, if possible. Wow! They changed out the dumpster in an hour. And this is how they worked with me over a 3-week period. The dumpsters were not stinky or filthy. They protected my driveway from damage. They made the first portion of my move easy. I highly recommend this company due to good service, clean bins, pricing, and, most of all, awesome customer service.. read more

Whether you are moving, doing a "spring cleaning" or just need to unload some junk, this company is #1! I had never used a dumpster rental before and was very new to the process but Lori was so helpful, she went above and beyond taking her time to help me decide which size to get based on examples of what each one could fit. The drop off/pick up process was made a breeze and they were super accommodating when we needed to push out our pick up date several times throughout our rental process. There is no doubt in my mind that we will use them again when the time comes. I could not be happier or feel that our money was better spent. Wonderful people, wonderful experience, impeccable service! Plus, how can you beat a name like "Bin there Dump that"!? read more

I am honored to give feedback about this company. Our neighbor had one and we started asking questions. Let me tell you, the price is right! We were trying other methods for our many items we wanted to rid our lives of. Needless to say, the other methods are not as flexible, there are far more limitations of what you can get rid of, the other companies provide a one size fits all and, I am sure everyone needs different things for far less money. The multiple sizes, prices, less restrictions, flexibility in scheduling, and oh, did I mention EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are so thankful we found you. We will soon be able to say "This house is clean." God Bless Everyone at Bin There Dump That!!! read more

We recently started a renovation on our rental home in Pickerington and unfortunately had to clean out the house before being able to start any renovating (pretty sure they were hoarders). After calling around to get pricing with different companies we decided to go with Bin There Dump That! You wouldn't think that customer service would be a big deal with a dumpster company but they really were so great to work and so nice. Now that we are on the tail end of the renovation we had to rent another dumpster and obviously we chose them again. It was a smaller sized dumpster but the quality and service was just as great. Highly recommend this company! read more

I've now used "Bin There Dump That" on three separate occasions (20 cubic yard, 15, and 12), and not once have I been disappointed. They win on price, promptness and professionalism, and I've decided that, going forward, they'll be my company of choice for disposal. They also do a great job of protecting your driveway by laying wood supports beneath each bin. On a rehab property I had that came with a beat up, crumbling driveway, I told them they didn't need to bother with protecting it since I was going to put in a new concrete driveway. But even there they insisted on putting down the protection. "It's just what we do," the driver told me. read more

This business is my secret weapon to big project ease and completion. We have used BTDT 4 times in 2 years. Each time they were super ease to schedule with, efficiently handled extension request and always protected our property with drop off and pick up. They even sweep up the area where the dumpster was before they leave on pick up day!! We have renovated a garage, a family room and twice purged stored possessions!! When planning a big project BTDT is always on my check list and part of the time line. I highly recommend this company here in Central Ohio. It is a National franchise but the local group are top performers. read more

After researching many different dumpster rental options in the Hilliard/Columbus area, Bin There Dump That was by far the best option. Unlike other companies, I was able to connect with an agent from this company the first try and had a dumpster delivered the same day (which was also a federal holiday). The agent was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about recommending the right dumpster size for our move. Additionally, when we did not finish on time, they replied right away giving us 2 extra days! I would highly recommend this company for its excellent service and promptness. read more

I checked around for dumpster prices and Bin There Dump That's estimate was less than half a couple large national companies. The employees I dealt with were extremely nice. Communication was outstanding. I received notifications when reservation made, when dumpster scheduled for delivery, when dumpster was delivered, when dumpster was scheduled for pickup, when dumpster was picked up. The drivers were talented with their ability to place the dumpster exactly where requested and easily picked up. I highly recommend Bin There Dump That! read more

Bin There Dump That offered us great service on our need to clear our property of tree limbs and yard debris. The bin was delivered exactly when scheduled and was placed on our drive exactly where I requested even though I wasn't there. I ordered the 20-yard bin with walk in doors, which very easy to fill. They picked up the bin when scheduled with no issues. They were extremely nice to contact and were very helpful. Their pricing was up-front and very reasonable. I'll be using their service again. Thanks for your help! read more

They have been wonderful to work with! I Called the day we started doing demo on our house, having moved projects up a bit in the schedule. They were very accommodating, bringing the dumpster out that very same day. We have had the number of days with the dumpster extended even, and they were very easy to work with, assisting with our needs and offering a great price. Highly recommend. We will be using them again down the road for phase 2 of the house remodel. read more

Needed a dumpster to do a house cleanout on a house I just purchased. These guys were amazing. They can fit a dumpster literally anywhere and I sure challenged them. Friendly on the phone, and the driver was friendly and took his time to make sure the driveway and tree wasn't damaged. They came the same day I called them to tell it was full and ready for pickup. Great affordable service, and I'll use them again for sure. read more

I highly recommend Bin There Dump That. Very professional and friendly staff. Turned out I needed a second container and it was dropped off the next day and the full container was picked up at the same time, also the driver offered some great insight on ways to utilize the container. I will make sure all of my friends and family know what a great company this is and if I need a container again I will not hesitate to call them. read more

I rented the biggest dumpster they have: 20 yards cubic. The service given by Jeremiah through the phone was great, friendly, prompt and accommodating to my needs. The Dumpster arrived clean and "not smelly". Put on the driveway carefully with some 4x4 underneath it (to avoid damages). I may need to rent 4-5 more times on the same size, and I'd definitely use their service again. Grove City resident. read more

Wow!! What can I say from the beginning when we were looking for a bin they were the best choice besides being one of the cheapest their customer service was amazing, when they call to drop off I had left my vehicle on the left side and they called me to make sure it was ok, again customer service at its best!! Totally will used them again and recommend to whom ever needs a bin. Thank you Cris and tasha read more

I am a handyman and have used them multiple times with excellent service and customer service each time. I'm a small owned company too so I love supporting a great family business. They are good for any high end jobs with no impact to the driveway and cleanup provided afterward . And any big job you have also. They are a 5 star company all around that I hope to do business with for many years. read more

What can I say...these guys are incredible. Every time I have needed a dumpster (even calling at 630pm the night before) they have delivered. They are always on time, courtious and helpful. Their dumpsters are super easy to load and use, with the larger ones being "walk in" which is great for getting rid of big items like beds and couches. In short, best in the dumpster business in CBUS! read more

These guys were quick to respond to me and made everything super simple. There was no hassle and they didn't bother me or try to up sell anything. We were able to do everything over the phone and they were able to deliver without me being home. I will definitely use them again next time I need to do a cleanup and I would recommend them to anyone needing a dumpster for whatever reason. read more

I have used Bin There Dump That three times now, and have been completely satisfied each time. Their communication and follow through have been excellent. The bins arrived when promised and were removed promptly. I filled up one bin much more quickly than anticipated and since I called early they were even able to switch out for a new one later the same day. Great business! read more
