I built this bookshelf myself as a woman and I'd assume they would be able to be careful as the bookshelf doesn't even weight a huge amount. The screws are coming out from the back, they literally came and didn't show up with a truck then left and told us the truck is only 9 minutes away and he'll be back, took 45 minutes to return. Not sure how he didn't read the instructions on if he needs to bring a hauling truck or not... if we're ordering moving people and they say we'll be there anytime between 10-12 I'd expect that. And with what I asked, a hauling truck.
