I did some additional research and decided to file an insurance claim. The DMD Renovation team met my insurance adjuster at my property and the claim was successful. I was approved for a new roof for the out-of-pocket cost of my deductible. The process was smooth, they were able to obtain the shingle color we wanted sooner than expected, and we had a new roof installed about one week after we dedided that we were ready to move forward with everything. My prior roof was installed in 2008. I had no idea that I needed or was entitled to receive insurance proceeds due to hail and wind damage. I now have a brand new roof. I'm glad I decided to be open to a door-to-door sales approach. Cale also assisted with completing the Owens Corning Warranty paperwork after the job was completed.
