While I was there, I saw the gentlemen from Bond Strong diligently working with the homeowner to constantly redirect his attention to the tasks at hand to get his items packed and loaded. They were so incredibly professional during a very delicate and emotional situation. They treated the homeowner with the utmost respect while maintaining a sense of urgency in getting the entire house emptied before the end of the day. Wow... blown away by this company!!!!!

It would have taken longer so I let it slide. He also charged me $150 for the use of the truck which I found really odd because I have never paid to use a moving truck before when hiring a moving company. I asked google if you pay to use a moving truck when hiring a moving company and google said NO. He mentioned it in the text quote but I didn't really think about it at the time and the he never mentioned a price and the the price is also not mentioned on the final bill. When I questioned him about it later he added gas and mileage which was not originally quoted. They also dropped a $600 mirror in front of and I was worried it got chipped. After we got to my house his worker said he inspected it and said it wasn't chipped. There was a lot going on so I didn't check myself. A few days later I was standing by the mirror and looked at the corner and there is definitely a chip so I texted him and said the mirror is chipped on the corner and the worker must have seen it. He made an excuse about the stairs being narrow at my complex. I said no you dropped it right in front of me and you were holding one side of it when he dropped it. He didn't apologize or take accountably at all and at that point I realized I was dealing with some with not a lot of integrity so I stopped texting with him. I have been struggling with this because he was referred by my real estate agent who I have a great relationship with and so I passed on that trust to him and I feel like he took complete advantage of me. That is my own fault and so at this point I am just here to warn others to proceed with caution when dealing with this company.

This time, two young men came out to do the service. One of them entered our home without wiping his shoes and did not wear shoe guards, nor did he offer to put them on. They also did not put anything down on the floor to protect it prior to bringing in the cleaning equipment. While they did work quickly, they spent much of the appointment chatting loudly with each other. Both the couch and cushions were very wet when they finished, but maybe that is normal? On their…read morewebsite, they have a long list of items they accept, including computer & stereo equipment, and appliances. They are open daily. I loaded the car, and went to the location. There are clearly marked signs directing where to go to donate your stuff. I rang the bell and two guys came out, then directed me around the corner to a garage door. Another guy helped me unload and the whole process took just a few minutes. Everyone was super nice and I love knowing where I can take future drop offs.

I wanted to secure my dumpster with Affordable Dumpster Services but by accident I completed the online deposit for Affordable Dumpster Rentals, it was $100.00 As soon as I did this I realized it was the wrong company and called, they assured me I wouldn't get charged. I did in fact get charged, first $100.00 then a bit later another charge for $199.00 I called the next morning and spoke with Dane, who was so polite and helpful, and he immediately refunded all of the charges! He could have possibly refused to reverse the charges or given me a hard time, but he didn't!!! For this reason, I feel that this is an honest and fair company to work with. Dane said they didn't want to have customers feeling like they were tricked or taken advantage of, it's just not their business model.
