I couldn't be happier with their service. I filled out their quote request form late Sunday afternoon, not expecting a response until the next morning. I got a quote and a scheduled pickup within a couple hours that same day. Monday morning, they showed up and took the old TV (a 100-pound Sony CRT) with no muss or fuss. The best part, though, was after I explained that there was nothing wrong with the set but we hadn't found anyone to buy it or take it as a donation. Not long after they left, we got a call from them saying that they'd been able to donate the set somewhere, and they refunded the disposal fee portion of the charge! We decided to get rid of our old ripped and broken couch over a weekend. After shopping for new furniture, I went online to find a place to get rid of the couch. At Your Disposal asked that I send a picture of the item, and when I did, promptly gave me an estimate and let me know they would be able to come the next day! They updated me throughout the day as to where I was on their schedule and when they came, did the job quickly and were very courteous with our home and possessions. These folks are the 'go-to' people to call if you have a clean up job that is just beyond your own capabilities. We had need of a good clean out, to settle an estate. Not only did these guys take on the job, but they completed it more quickly than promised, and left us with a broom clean property that can go immediately on the market. I just want to start out by saying I rarely ever leave reviews, but the service I got from this company was very noticeable, I was in a bind I chopped a tree down in the city wouldn't take it they came the next day removed everything very quickly and actually picked up every single bit it was like nothing was left very impressive. This is a small, family-owned, non-franchise business of 30+ years. These guys were super-responsive, able to help in short notice, friendly, respectful, and their price was WAY lower than the franchise companies. I had them remove a large rear projection TV from my basement, and they offered to take a couple of boxes of trash for free! I recommend 10000%. :) read more
