Then I tried to schedule to get my items back from clutter and all of a sudden they would not deliver my items back to the exact same address that they picked up from. Moreover, you can't even talk to a someone on-site or even near-site. They immediately connect you with a call center they have out of the country which is so far away and removed from the on-site location that you can tell they just have somewhat of a script to go by and cannot actually help you with anything beyond what's in their script of options. On loading day seven guys came and were done with our very full house within about 4.5 hours. Three days later (it was our request to delay delivery and unloading) four of them met us in Vermont and within 6 hours had unloaded everything to the locations in the house that we requested. He then tells me that it sounds like more work so, he is going to send 5 guys instead of the original 2 guys and a truck because it's gonna be a big job and that it would take 9-12 hours and double the price that I was told. Once from Indiana to Baltimore City, and the second from Baltimore City to Michigan. The first time I moved with them, the moving coordinator I worked with was very communicative, checked in with me throughout the moving process (including when my items were being picked up), and was conscious of my anxiety levels. The second time I moved, I needed to contact Stephanie to remind her of upcoming deadlines, follow up with her when she said that she would get back to me and failed to do so, and was also unprofessional at times, uttering profanities like "retarded" in reference to the move itself when on the phone with her. What's more is that one of my inventory items never even arrived to me. They launched an audit to find the lost items but came back empty, so I guess one of their workers just walked off with it. The pay out on the audit also was less than half of what the items were valued at. Some of the items that were lost can't be replaced. Like how does something just walk off? You're a moving company that specializes in moving things, and you're one of the most expensive brands in the market with guaranteed service.
