Military personnel should be cautious. I used this storage during my deployment. The staff offered…read morea discount since I'm military, but later changed the price and overcharged me $100. They refunded the overcharge after a few months. Upon returning from deployment, I was charged again or had my payment changed. The front desk attendant explained that they don't check if you're active military but take copies of military ID upon signing. However, they check if people exit the military and continue to receive the discount. It's unclear whether they check or not. Literally feels like they intentionally try to take advantage of military. Please be careful.

I had a few broken down cardboard boxes that I needed to dispose. I called the front desk, and asked the manager if she could please unlock the bin so that I could use it. The manager used a very unpleasant tone explaining to me that she would unlock it, but that if I put TOO MUCH TRASH into it, she would charge me! To add insult to injury, the manager stood there while I placed a few boxes in it. I was nervous because I believed that she was going to charge me, so I asked her if I put too much trash into the bin, and if she was going to charge me. She looked in, and said that she was not. I was very sad to be treated so disrespectfully. I understand that they do not want the bin filled to capacity by one renter, but there are ways to talk to paying customers. Be nice. Be kind. Tone of voice is everything. Geez.

We also needed to have the documents shipped out overnight, and had that done as well. The staff is very friendly and followed safety protocols by wearing masks.
