Our car wasn't working with the different trailers which was such a hassle after already having a long day of poor customer service with a different U-Haul location (U-Haul of Coronado- DONT GO THERE!!!). It turns out the adaptor we bought at the Coronado location didn't work and this manager threw in a new one for free so that we could use the trailer! Amazing manager, great service! They were kind, courteous, and helpful and really redeemed U-Haul customer service in my eyes!

I was unsuccessful contacting this location, on hold indefinitelyI then back a second time, and got to speak with a representative. Representative seemed very rushed, which is understandable because this location is pretty busy. However, I'm not gonna be able to rent a trailer from this location even though a trailer showing available online. There problem, it seems is that this site has trailers, but none of the accessories they require to rent me one. The store, it seems, is not capable of putting on a trailer hitch. Curious. I always get a trailer hitch when renting from other locations. In addition, the car that I am transporting has oversize tires, requiring that I provide my own "tiedowns" (which they sell for an additional cost. Out of tie downs. If you go to U-Haul, and can't rent a trailer because they can't provide you a trailer hitch or tiedowns, sometimes not doing their job.

Never use uhaul. They bait and switch you every time to get you in something more expensive.read more

He is mad at me because I asked for a receipt for my transactions. Because he had either friends or family waiting for me he didn't want to fully attend to his business and take care of me. I contacted another Penske and he is being rude towards her. I am not giving Penske itself a bad rating. I am giving him a bad rating and he truly needs to be fired for the way he treated me and talked to me. I am going to go higher but this should not be an experience anyone should have gone through.

I got to the facility without a passcode to enter the area or the correct keys for access to my unit . I could not have gotten better service and support. Never was I made to feel like a dummy for not having the proper access code or keys . Deanna was absolutely wonderful.
