So I had the tow truck driver take it here. The process was pretty straightforward from there; where my insurance was actually the one lagging behind. The body shop had identified the issue and told me what they found damaged with my car within 24 hours whereas my insurance took a week to send a representative to see the car. After my insurance got their lives together the body shop began ordering the parts and the repair was underway. They kept me updated with daily phone calls, because I was antsy about my car, and couldn't wait to get it back in my hands again. The owner himself even sent me pictures of every part they replaced! TL;DR: Great communication, friendly staff, and descriptive updates about repairs from first contact to receiving my car back.
