My husband's truck wouldn't start, so we called Tow-Ro Towing. They answered the phone promptly,…read moreasked for our location and gave us a quote, which we accepted. The driver said he was 20 minutes out from our location. The driver was friendly and experienced, he had the hard job of loading the truck in the Costco parking lot during the holiday rush which was quite the feat. He even told my husband the problem with his truck was the fuel pump. The driver diagnosed the problem correctly and my husband and son replaced the fuel pump later that week. We will definitely use Tow-Ro Towing again if the need arises.

My insurance company assigned this company to my roadside assistance request. The pickup location…read moreand instructions were clearly provided. Instead of contacting me to verify anything, they made an incorrect assumption about where I was located and decided not to take the request. What is completely unacceptable is that they never bothered to tell me they weren't coming. No call, no text, no attempt to verify my location, and no notification that they had decided not to provide the service. They simply left me waiting. The only reason I found out they weren't coming was because I called them myself to follow up. Had I not called, I would have continued sitting there waiting for roadside assistance that was never going to arrive. If you cannot or do not want to take a roadside assistance request, fine! But at the very least, have the professionalism and basic courtesy to notify the person who is stranded and waiting for you. Making assumptions instead of verifying the information provided and then leaving a customer waiting without any communication is incredibly unprofessional. I would absolutely not recommend this company

Picked it up and while driving back home to Austin, coolant level sensor came on. I called and they said just to put coolant, which that should've been done when changed thermostat. THIS IS THE PLACE. I've been using their service for a month now and I can say that this towing…read morecompany is the best all around El Paso. They've picked me 3 times once on the way back from base in the morning when my tire popped which costed 99$ for my first time, and another time on the night of my wife's birthday when my tire popped again(they saved me that day) and it costed 85$. Today is another day that my 3rd tire popped again within a month(my fault) and I was on post and they picked me up and I wanted to go to a quite a distance tire shop that I prefer and they charged me 130$ for going through base and taking me there. I've asked multiple tow shops before I found these guys and the prices were absolutely ridiculous. This towing company have friendly people and have the best prices that I've probably seen from a towing company. *They do offer a military discount*

I called for a tow from Northeast El Paso to the Eastside and was quoted $149. I provided both the…read morepickup and drop-off addresses up front, and the company had that information for over 45 minutes. The driver arrived quickly, loaded my truck onto the flatbed, and only after my vehicle was fully loaded told me there was a "price change" and that I needed to call his boss. When I called, I was told they "didn't account for mileage" and the price was now $220. After pushing back, they lowered it to $200. This is a classic bait-and-switch. If mileage wasn't accounted for, that should've been caught before dispatching a driver, not after my vehicle was already on the truck and I was effectively stuck. Quick response time, but the pricing tactics were dishonest. I wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend them unless you're okay with the price changing once they already have your vehicle.
