The engine felt like it was shaking and it felt like I was having a misfire in my vehicle. I pulled over and parked at Abundant Living Faith to not wear out my engine and ended up contacting another tow truck company and they wanted to charge me $140 to get me from Abundant Living Faith near Transmountain on the Westside to Anthony. In my mind I didn't want to pay that much, but if I had to I would. I decided to call someone else and noticed Reliable Towing and also noticed that they had a location nearby in Canutillo. I gave them a call and they charged me less and they told me they could be at my location in 20-30 minutes. He got to us within 20 minutes and got us a hooked up and started taking us to Anthony. Hector was a really nice dude and he actually ended up taking us to my non-profit, and funny enough turns out he had volunteered there several years back before my time. It was the perfect tow truck service and I forgot to mention that it was raining so he took good care of us and my vehicle. The next day I ended up discovering it was a misfire in my vehicle and the issue was one of the spark plugs were bad. Ended up replacing them, so thankfully it was an easy fix and thanks to Reliable Towing for getting me to where I needed to be.

The driver arrived quickly, loaded my truck onto the flatbed, and only after my vehicle was fully loaded told me there was a "price change" and that I needed to call his boss. When I called, I was told they "didn't account for mileage" and the price was now $220. After pushing back, they lowered it to $200. This is a classic bait-and-switch. If mileage wasn't accounted for, that should've been caught before dispatching a driver, not after my vehicle was already on the truck and I was effectively stuck. Quick response time, but the pricing tactics were dishonest. I wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend them unless you're okay with the price changing once they already have your vehicle.
