I called for a tow truck to remove a car from my place of employment and when they answered fat boy at the desk was stuffing his face and having a conversation. So I was finally able to tell smooth brain where the address to the location is and at the end he's just like oh sorry there's no trucks available and hangs up immediately. Highly unprofessional, highly disrespectful and how the Better Business Bureau hasn't shut you guys down is actually a miracle is a matter of fact no other words can describe it other than that. Couldn't really divulge on the price because we didn't even get a tow truck to come. read more

They towed the wrong car (my car) they meant to tow the car next to me but instead towed mine. (Idiots) They dented my car and denied it even when I had it on video. When I showed them the video they called the cops on me and demanded that I leave. I ended up paying to get my car back but they refused to pay for the damages caused to my car. When I checked the inside of my car, multiple items were missing. I'll be calling the BBB and taking the video to the cops. read more

What's the use of contracting or contacting these people if they don't do their job? The apartment complex my son lives at has signs on reserved parking with the phone number to El Paso Towing. He called that number at 4 pm yesterday to report a car parked in his reserved area. Well they never showed up when they were supposed to! They kept telling him in an an hour they would show up and he called numerous times. Finally at 9 pm, I called at told them the situation. They apologized and said they would dispatch someone and they would be on their way! Well, at 10:15 pm they show up at the apartment complex and go in and go back out! 6 hours and 15 minutes of waiting, so they don't do their job? I would not recommend this place to anyone! This company has the worst practices ever and their driver Julian is a rude old man. I had my car towed while I was helping my elderly aunt across the street with her baggage. I came back to my car no more than 5 minutes later and the man was finishing up getting my car on the tow truck. I told him he couldn't take my care because I was already there he spoke to me in a very condescending manner (I'm sure that is how is used to speaking to women). He would not not let me get my purse from my car and had to ask him several times before he allowed me to get. He would not give me information about the place he was taking my car and I had to ask him for the phone number to this company. I picked up my car about 40 minutes later and I was charged 172.00 and some change. I am sure he was just waiting for anybody that was unloading suitcases to pounce on them. I will never use them if I have a legitimate reason for using them. This happened in downtown El Paso close to the Santa Fe bridge but I think this is illegal. According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, if you return to your car and it is being hooked up to the tow truck but it is not fully hooked up, you can keep your car without paying a charge. If you return to your car and it is up ready for towing but has not left the parking lot, you may keep your car but must pay a drop fee. Therefore, what they are doing is not correct. I gave them a one star only because without a rating, I could not post the review but they do not even deserve that! Don't trust this company! read more

I just went in to get my car back and the woman at the desk stopped helping me to assist another person on the phone and took a long time on the phone. After she hung up she went back to helping me just to tell me she didn't have change for the cash I had and it had to be exact. read more

This company was prompt, polite, and affordable. I'm a single mommy w/ 2 young boys & this particular morning my car wouldn't start. I was in a panic to get the boys to school and me to work. When I called, the woman got my info right away and assured me she would send a driver immediately, which was true. I respectively recommend them. read more

I went to visit my Mother this morning @ Villas at Sandstone apts 3268 N Zaragoza. I got there @ 9:30 am the parking lot was empty around 10:15 am my car was towed by Elpasotowing I went to check at the office. I cant believe that with an empty parking lot they will take your car and Charge you $169. Looks like El Paso towing are fishing on empty parking lots. No fair. read more

called in ask for a quote gave my address 3 time even spell it waited 5 min for price, drivers gps didnt work so waited 50 minutes when told 20 minutes price quoted was 60$ when got home they charge me $20 extra claiming it was my fault cause i gave them wrong address! excuse me i gave you the correct address I even spelled it out ur gps didnt work and receptionist is an idiot that doesn't know how to do her job right... driver didnt knew where he was going i had to give him directions my self to find me , receptionist didnt even told him where to take the car too if i didnt pay they where going to impound my car make ur self a favor go with someone else this people are thief's i requested to talk to sup girl hang up on me its her fuxn mistake why should i pay for her fux ups if i would have been told 80$ i wouldnt had gone with them that for sure! read more
