We will definitely be using this company from here on out. Mahalo nui loa!

Fort bliss even gave him a bit of a hard time to get on post but once he showed them all the paperwork they were asking for he was able to get on without any issues. Rubin will make promises that he knows he will not keep. He will lie and get you to believe that…read morehe is an honest person. He will ask for more money even though he accepted what the insurance company offered. I was Promised In Writing "Complete Auto Hail Repair" with a lifetime warranty, and it all means nothing. I still to this day, don't have all the repairs promised fixed. They took shortcuts to repair some of the dents. They were paid to replace the hood, but they did not. I have paint drips and runs, and they put the license plate on before the paint was dry and it stuck to the car. They know they have done me wrong, and they don't care. I have filed a report with the BBB, and hope that they can get them to right this wrong. I would NOT trust any thing they tell you even if it is in writing. I am a senor on a fixed income and they don't mind sticking it to me.

My insurance company assigned this company to my roadside assistance request. The pickup location…read moreand instructions were clearly provided. Instead of contacting me to verify anything, they made an incorrect assumption about where I was located and decided not to take the request. What is completely unacceptable is that they never bothered to tell me they weren't coming. No call, no text, no attempt to verify my location, and no notification that they had decided not to provide the service. They simply left me waiting. The only reason I found out they weren't coming was because I called them myself to follow up. Had I not called, I would have continued sitting there waiting for roadside assistance that was never going to arrive. If you cannot or do not want to take a roadside assistance request, fine! But at the very least, have the professionalism and basic courtesy to notify the person who is stranded and waiting for you. Making assumptions instead of verifying the information provided and then leaving a customer waiting without any communication is incredibly unprofessional. I would absolutely not recommend this company

To make up for that , it got offer a complimentary engine wash, which I appreciated and thought it was a nice gesture, so thank you for that. The service got rescheduled for today. This morning my car got a full detailing service, and I'm disappointed with the results. The guy doing the work failed to open and remove dirt from the arm rest/ console box in the middle of the front seats of my car, he also left behind a noticeable smudge on the window. It's evident that he rushed through the job, and the lack of attention to detail was obvious. I will not be returning to premier auto detailing nor recommending their services to others.
