He took great car of our truck and made sure it was secure. Fort bliss even gave him a bit of a hard time to get on post but once he showed them all the paperwork they were asking for he was able to get on without any issues. Still I called them back, to move me to a much closer location & They gave me the same rate then told me I should know since they've moved me "several times now". However, he did an excellent job loading the vehicle and unloaded it into a tight area.

I called for a tow from Northeast El Paso to the Eastside and was quoted $149. The driver arrived quickly, loaded my truck onto the flatbed, and only after my vehicle was fully loaded told me there was a "price change" and that I needed to call his boss. When I called, I was told they "didn't account for mileage" and the price was now $220. After pushing back, they lowered it to $200. This is a classic bait-and-switch. If mileage wasn't accounted for, that should've been caught before dispatching a driver, not after my vehicle was already on the truck and I was effectively stuck. Quick response time, but the pricing tactics were dishonest. I wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend them unless you're okay with the price changing once they already have your vehicle.
