I had an incident out on the highway coming into El Paso and did a quick search for Trailer Repair…read more It wasn't anything major but wanted to get it looked at regardless, I made a phone call and was connected with Juan in the service department. I told him I was approaching and be ready for me and he wants. The minute I walked in, he went out and took a look at my roof, immediately went to work at replacing the tape on the top of the roof, check my wheel bearings for grease, installed two new vents on the side of my trailer for less than $100. It isn't so much the inexpensive cost of my repairs as much as it was the absolute spectacular customer service provided by Juan. For a brief minute I forgot that some people in business understand the logic behind taking care of a customer and he did exactly that. So if Juan or his management get a chance to read this review, recognize that you've got a great hand and representative of your company in this young man .

I have called repeatedly attempting to get an appointment (as is their new protocol following Covid-19)... OK fine. But I can't get a call back for several days! OK, I have some free time today, I'd like to make an appointment... Now they are telling me that they are requiring a DEPOSIT ($$$) to even make an appointment to shop there! Really??? What if you don't have anything that suits my needs? What if I don't like the salesman (highly likely from Any.do be whole would require any form of payment just for the privilege of shopping there)? I really don't think so, Trailers Plus! You have lost what was almost certainly a cash sale on a $5K trailer. Best of luck to you, but I think that plot of land may have a "Land Available" sign hanging up soon.

This is someone's business who works VERY hard (from my experience and is extremely polite. To completely demise the previous review, my experience was the COMPLETE opposite. I drove in, no appointment or anything, and they were happy to help. Not only that, the guy fixed my trailer that two other places (after hundreds of dollars) couldn't do. He did so easily and quickly (and so pleasantly and with a smile on his face). No on here is rude in anyway and in fact they're so sweet and helpful. Even after I paid, we noticed another hour worth of work and he happily fixed it without even mentioning a word to get paid more. I appreciate business like this and the level of customer service (and I'm EXTREMELY difficult to please and very critical). Thank you guys and hope to hear you guys are continuously helping people and making them happy and safe on the road!!! Best experience ever!!!

I never leave reviews but my experience today has motivated me to track down as many review sites…read moreas I can to warn people. This past weekend I was advised this business is willing to install parts purchased from other places, the install may cost more but shouldn't be a problem. I found the part (literally same stock number) in a bundle package that came with hitch, ball, and wiring for 183 dollars and free shipping. Was advised by employee, this company would sell a hitch for 181, wiring 95, never even asked about the ball because it was so much more expensive, possible shipping costs, and of course tax. I just did the math I would have paid easily over 420$ plus whatever shipping cost so I made the obvious choice. Today I called back to schedule install and told the manager, I had purchased the part due to the extreme difference in price. He then proceeded to lecture me for 5 minutes about how he can't support his business on labor costs and he can't afford to give me the stock cost blah blah. Here's my thing if he was just trying to make a 15 - 20% profit, we probably still would have done it, but he is marking up in the 50% range and that's just greedy. As a consumer I did not deserve a lecture about "local businesses are struggling, I need all the commission, people are driving local businesses out by purchasing online". I also did not deserve the insult to my integrity when he stated "and if something goes wrong you're going to hold me liable for the parts you purchased online"....again would like to point out the pieces I ordered were from the same company and manufacturer they proudly display signs for stating they will only use this brand for its high quality.... Yes I get the struggle, but instead of being an adult about it and saying, "ma'am my employee misspoke we are unable to attach a 3rd party item" or "I understand, to make up the revenue there will be an additional service charge to install" he lost all my business and I called another auto shop that was more than happy to accept my money for labor costs.
