Met with Mark burrow our salesperson explained exactly what we wanted and he knew right where to go. As we left the office outside to the lot the first thing he said to us was I'm not going to pressure you to buy anything in any way. He was right! He didn't. We purchased a Momentum 376 TH from this dealership. The single thing that keeps me from giving…read morethem fives stars boils down to the sales manager. We had the price agreed upon until we realized there was not a third air conditioner. My salesman (Frank - totally awesome person) suggested I call the sales manager (Jason) and speak with him. I called around 1 pm on Friday and left a message for him to call me. As the day grew later, Frank suggested our agreed upon price and them throw in the third a/c and we've got a deal, my reply was " I'll be on my way to pick it up" (we were coming from Phoenix Az). Frank called back a half out later and said sales manager said no way. He and I both were shocked. I don't sell RVs for a living but I would not think you would blow a 120k sale over one air conditioner!! Around 7 pm I sent Frank a text asking for Sales managers boss' name and number. Frank supplied that and said he would have Al (the GM) call me the next day at 10 am. Al called and we got it worked out, I picked up the rig the next week. The sales manager never bothered to call me!! My point is that the sales manager at this dealership would not even call his CUSTOMER that's trying to give his dealership over 100k for an RV. One would think they would want me going back to Phoenix telling all my friends that if they want an RV they need to go see Frank in Las Cruces. Had Al and Frank not gotten involved at the level they did, Holiday World would have lost my sale, not to mention the 5k I spent on other items at their dealership. And as we all know word of mouth advertising is priceless!! In conclusion I wish to recognize Frank and Al for making this transaction work!! Al and Frank are truly ambassadors at the highest level for this dealership. Special recognition to Santos for coming through last minute getting some factory A/C issues corrected before we left the lot. So if your purchasing from this dealership go see Frank and if need be, just bypass the sales manager, go straight to Al.

Zero issues with her. She gets 5 stars. Justin, service manager has tried his best to keep me in the loop. Purchased brand new 2026 Class C Jayco Redhawk 4/20/26. One week in on our first trip, check engine light clicks on, steering wheel is all over the place, not to mention being unable to run gas because fire alarm would go off, couldn't dead bolt door because dealer drilled it out, and about 13 other problems that you would not expect with a brand new purchase. Oh and the cab door seeming like it was going to fly off at any moment...5/6/26 dropped off at dealer for repairs. I figured no biggie, we have warranty plus it's brand new. After many weeks of getting "approvals" needing "pics, and pics, and more pics" oh and Jayco telling me alignment isn't under warranty but they will do it because it's "fairly new"even though I said right out the gate something was off but I was assured it was normal. Silly me thinking alignment on a brand new vehicle was included. Here my family sits going on two months with no RV. Holidays coming and going, vacations needing to be cancelled because "sorry we don't have an ETA". After a couple of weeks of not hearing anything, I Emailed General Manger, main Service Manager and Jayco. Crickets....... I know they got it because 5 minutes after I sent email I got a call with an "update". Then I got two updates after that about how Jayco was requesting more pics. Then dead silence again. They truly don't care after the thing gets financed because trust me, I was getting phone calls when it was time to sign. I am so disappointed because this very expensive RV is brand new, and the amount of defects on it is saddening. A loaner would have been nice, replacement even nicer lol. At least I wouldn't feel like I'm just flushing money every month paying for something I don't have. Think twice before buying here, or maybe speak to a lawyer first. Maybe that's what I need to do. After my first review, GM Kris Pohl did call me and assured me he would see this through the end. Heard from him that once and never heard back from him again.
