I told him I was approaching and be ready for me and he wants. The minute I walked in, he went out and took a look at my roof, immediately went to work at replacing the tape on the top of the roof, check my wheel bearings for grease, installed two new vents on the side of my trailer for less than $100. It isn't so much the inexpensive cost of my repairs as much as it was the absolute spectacular customer service provided by Juan. For a brief minute I forgot that some people in business understand the logic behind taking care of a customer and he did exactly that. So if Juan or his management get a chance to read this review, recognize that you've got a great hand and representative of your company in this young man .

Well I guess I was wrong or maybe he was just so arrogant that he assumed he had the buissness because he had somewhat of a captive audience in las cuces. He also assumed that I didn't know anything mechanical, I think because I was a women and at the time I didn't know a whole lot about trailers. I'm an Engineer! We purchased a Momentum 376 TH from this dealership. The single thing that keeps me from giving…read morethem fives stars boils down to the sales manager. We had the price agreed upon until we realized there was not a third air conditioner. My salesman (Frank - totally awesome person) suggested I call the sales manager (Jason) and speak with him. I called around 1 pm on Friday and left a message for him to call me. As the day grew later, Frank suggested our agreed upon price and them throw in the third a/c and we've got a deal, my reply was " I'll be on my way to pick it up" (we were coming from Phoenix Az). Frank called back a half out later and said sales manager said no way. He and I both were shocked. I don't sell RVs for a living but I would not think you would blow a 120k sale over one air conditioner!! Around 7 pm I sent Frank a text asking for Sales managers boss' name and number. Frank supplied that and said he would have Al (the GM) call me the next day at 10 am. Al called and we got it worked out, I picked up the rig the next week. The sales manager never bothered to call me!! My point is that the sales manager at this dealership would not even call his CUSTOMER that's trying to give his dealership over 100k for an RV. One would think they would want me going back to Phoenix telling all my friends that if they want an RV they need to go see Frank in Las Cruces. Had Al and Frank not gotten involved at the level they did, Holiday World would have lost my sale, not to mention the 5k I spent on other items at their dealership. And as we all know word of mouth advertising is priceless!! In conclusion I wish to recognize Frank and Al for making this transaction work!! Al and Frank are truly ambassadors at the highest level for this dealership. Special recognition to Santos for coming through last minute getting some factory A/C issues corrected before we left the lot. So if your purchasing from this dealership go see Frank and if need be, just bypass the sales manager, go straight to Al.

This is a direct quote from the large banner hanging in the back of the showroom in Holiday World of Las Cruces. I would like to share my experience of how I was "treated as an honored guest in their home". A camper caught my eye outside the dealership. A 2025 Grand Design Momentum 414m(new although last year's model) H.W. was asking $118,000. I traded in my 2020 Heartland Fuel 335; on which H.W. offered to give me $18,000 trade in value. I went to my financial institution and had them cut me $100,000 check to H.W. to cover the difference. Handing these people $100,000 cashier's check evidently makes you their enemy. The financing guy Steve starts begging me to "tear up that check, and let (him) finance this" 0% chance of that. My credit score didn't get to be what it is by letting shady characters like him in my business. Ever since I spoke to Steve, the dark web scammers have been armed with information they never had before my visit to Holiday World. Coincidence.....? Maybe. I guess you are good at what you do Steve. Initially I gave Steve a deposit to get the camper off the market while I did my research. When I made the purchase, I asked for my deposit back. "No problem" says Steve. "I'll have to get it cut at corporate, & sent here. 7-10 days tops." Well after two weeks of the ol' run around. I called their corporate office, turns out Steve had the check sent to my home in north central Texas(10 hours drive away) despite everyone at this dealership I talked to knowing full well my RV(old & new) was parked literally right across the street from that dealership. All kid games! When I don't cave to these shady, high pressure sales techniques, the general sales manager John starts screaming & cursing at me in his office. Now that's customer service! In typical loud mouth fashion; he wasn't interested in stepping outside to resolve his issues. I was sure to leave him my phone number in case he changes his mind." Anytime" still applys John, my RV is still right across the street. This dealership wasn't interested in giving that check $100,000 back. So they begrudgingly gave me the camper. While prepping the camper, these fine gentleman closed my slide outs on furniture they didn't properly stow. Damaging my pantry door significantly. "An accident" claimed Chris(another salesman assigned after John's fit) well maybe. Although; I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a RV dealership to know how to safely close slide outs on a camper on their own lot. I am convinced they damaged my camper on purpose in light of all the above mentioned treatment. Add to that; I've not heard a peep out of them about the promised replacement cabinet in the 2 months since I bought this camper. So in closing; if you expect to be treated with respect while considering a major purchase, and want a business your considering using to value your time like you do: run don't walk to any other dealership besides Holiday World of Las Cruces. This is far & away the worst business I've ever seen or heard of! I only thought I had an bad experience with Camping World. Holiday World made me a Camping World loyalist. Camping World says thank you for the significant business I'm sending to them because of Holiday World. God bless & shop smart!
