I called Double T on a Friday and told them my situation and asked if they would be able to help me out on the following Tuesday. They lady on the phone, who was very nice, told me that they were pretty booked, but since we were traveling and living in our motorhome she would ask the tech if they could squeeze me in. I was extremely pleased when she came back and told me that the tech said yes. So I showed up around 9:15 Tuesday morning and they took my motorhome right into the shop and got to work and about 2.5 hours later they had the air conditioner fixed and I was back on the road. The promise to drop everything to fix the trailer was a lie and they knew that when they sold it. I wish she would have looked at these Yelp reviews BEFORE buying from these people. When she called in to get help with the broken things believed to be under warranty they got the ole dog and pony show and what seemed like pushback and delays. They wanted to make an appointment that is not convenient to their schedule, they want them to leave with them for some weeks, blah blah blah, etc., etc., etc., Just like the other reviews. So, instead of getting things fixed there at the dealer and under warranty, they are just gonna eat the cost of fixing these things themselves. Which I am sure is what they are wanting.
