But Richard was very detailed with the inspection and offered to repair the broken spring or do a complete replacement of the brake. We had him do a replacement and he wanted to inspect the other brake on the remaining tire for a precaution. Richard was very professional and knowledgeable about our problem. Jimmy had the part and the sealing gasket putty tape required to secure the fittings and three bolts to my RV. With his instruction, I replaced the fitting, and all was well. As I collected his knowledge about replacing the fitting, we discussed how I planned to install airbags on my current vehicle; he suggested I bring my RV to him to see if I needed to realign my sway bar. As we talked, he noticed my hitch sitting in the rear of my vehicle, and he recognized I did not have enough washers. He suggested I let him look at my setup, and I may be able to cancel the airbag purchase. He corrected the problem by realigning my sway bar, and after checking the batteries, I replaced both of my Deecycle AGM with new ones from his business.
