It took us 3 days to get them to answer the phone to make reservation. Never returned calls from messages, never responded to emails, and took them several minutes to come to the door (as I stood in the rain) once we arrived and found the poorly marked office. The Space was barely big enough to accommodate a 40' rig.

The temperatures the night before dropped into the mid 20's & we woke up SO COLD & even had ice INSIDE our RV. Rick did not have the circuit board in stock but made a call & found one for us. We chose to drive to Albuquerque & pick it up instead of waiting (and hoping) UPS would deliver it the next day.
