The day of the move, they were a no call, no show. I tried calling & texting but was never able to get a hold of them. I am a single parent with 2 young kids. I am so impressed with this dealer - I would recommend him to anyone looking for a brand that he…read morecarries. I recently wanted a Northwood Arctic Fox 5th wheel, but there were no dealers in Tucson, AZ. The closest two were Mesa, AZ and Silver City, NM. Mesa being the closest, we drove up to look at them and were happy with our choice. The only problem was it was a large dealer and put the pressure on to sell one for as much as they could get. We walked away and contacted Lowry's by phone, email and text. Discovered Lowry's was a small dealer, didn't have a lot of RV Brands and was family owned by Dave and his family. Of the 6 RV's that we have purchased in the past, this was one of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences we've had. There was no high pressure. He was not out to skin you alive and was an honest business man that sat down, listened and worked out a deal. He's delightful. Not only did meet an honest man, but we've found a friend.

Going in for the second purchase, the salesperson had presented us with a sale price on paper previously. When we went into purchase, it turned out the the sale price was a quote for financing with $3,000 down. It was in small print at the bottom. That made the actual sale price more than the original quote as we were paying cash. One car had a malfunctioning tire pressure sensor which the salesman said was due to the cold temperatures. That was not the case. We scheduled it to be fixed, but had to bring it in four times for them to get it straight that the sensor was what was needed. One hand did not seem to know what the other hand was doing. If you choose this dealership, go in with your eyes wide open and be prepared for glitches or misinformation.

He was also rude, snarky and belligerent. Real nice Ford, good job hiring people like this guy!!
