I recently wanted a Northwood Arctic Fox 5th wheel, but there were no dealers in Tucson, AZ. The closest two were Mesa, AZ and Silver City, NM. Mesa being the closest, we drove up to look at them and were happy with our choice. The only problem was it was a large dealer and put the pressure on to sell one for as much as they could get. We walked away and contacted Lowry's by phone, email and text. Discovered Lowry's was a small dealer, didn't have a lot of RV Brands and was family owned by Dave and his family. Of the 6 RV's that we have purchased in the past, this was one of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences we've had. There was no high pressure. He was not out to skin you alive and was an honest business man that sat down, listened and worked out a deal. He's delightful. Not only did meet an honest man, but we've found a friend.

The temperatures the night before dropped into the mid 20's & we woke up SO COLD & even had ice INSIDE our RV. Rick did not have the circuit board in stock but made a call & found one for us. We chose to drive to Albuquerque & pick it up instead of waiting (and hoping) UPS would deliver it the next day.
