Along with finding a doctor and a dentist was finding somebody to care for my Lexus. I no longer do my own work, and am very particular who puts hands on my car. So, I picked Hatch Toyota. Excellent choice, it turns out. First off, they know what they're doing. They have the latest diagnostics and know how to use them. And, they have all the needed parts in stock. Plus, they're really nice people. No matter what I bring the car in for, like having the dash camera installed, they always do a little more; check the fluids, tire pressures, and other details to make sure the car keeps on running well. Thanks, folks.

I've witnessed women clients ahead of me take a bashing of unnecessary talking down to, more than once. Alongside all that snarkiness, they installed cheap motor mounts in my vehicle which lasted only a few months, after complaining how difficult it was to access my vehicles smaller engine compartment upon retrieving my vehicle. How about just do your job and keep those comments to yourself, needless to say, I had to replace those motor mounts elsewhere. Nobody thinks your snarky comments are cute. Just do your job and keep your unhelpful opinions and prejudices to yourself. I won't be returning.

The Ford dealership had strongly recommended that I do a complete transmission service, at the price of $485 plus tax. No, actually they said I would be walking if I didn't, and then they told me that my warranty would be voided if I took it anywhere but the dealership. When I challenged the mechanic on this statement, he backed down but did say that I had to use all Ford parts or the warranty would be voided. Miss even included in the Transmission fluid and filter. I called RPM for a second opinion, and Tom suggested I bring it out and let them look at the fluid. I had told him the whole story about Ford telling me that I couldn't take it anywhere else or use anything but Ford parts, and when I arrived at RPM Tom gave me a handwritten note with the name of the federal law that prohibits that sort of thing. Tom pulled the dipstick on my transmission fluid inspected the fluid, and pronounced it fine. he ask if the transmission was shifting fine, and I told him that it wants. He suggested but I did not need to do anything to the transmission. I believed him and was spared a $485 unnecessary expense at Ford. By the way, RPM would've charged $310 for the same exact service that Ford wanted $485 for. I strongly recommend RPM as honest people. If I ever need anything done again in silver city I will go straight to them.
