Worst dealership ever!! Was called about a 2023 sequoia that I was looking for, talked to Lauren a sales lady sent her photos of my trade spoke with the finance manager and then we made a deal for my trade after they looked at all the photos on Friday we had a deal. Saturday morning i was prepared to drive 18+ hours round trip when the finance guy calls me and says I need to file an insurance claim on the crack in my windshield. Now they saw the photos Friday and we made the deal I was leaving Monday or Tuesday to get the car everything was done!! I said no I will not file and have my insurance go up he said then we won't honor the agreement!! The deal was made already. I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone ever!! Went into this dealership to inquire about purchasing a brand new Toyota Tacoma as it's the closest Toyota dealership to where I live. The sales guy told me they ALWAYS sell for $2k over MSRP...every single other Toyota dealership I called in the state sells their new vehicles at MSRP + tax and licensing. Period. What a scam and how pathetic to think they regularly do this to their customers. An absolute joke. I wish this review could've been a 5 star since I WAS planning to purchase a vehicle because of the great quality and the convenience of not having to travel hours to get maintenance. Well, here are the reasons I gave it the rating I did: 1) had an appt, but still waited 2 hours and that's because WE followed up on the status 2) multipoint inspection sheet stated the tire pressure was adjusted to 40, however, all our tires were below (35, 36, 37, 37) 3) They did not recommend sparks plugs, which upon checking the maintenance guide, they should have done so. Extremely disappointed, especially after previously had maintenance done here and was satisfied with service. read more

My wife and I wanted a new Toyota and we wanted to do business locally so we went to Hatch Toyota. The salesman, Donny Moore, was amazing and he did everything he needed to do to sell us a car. We had a trade-in that Car Max said was worth $17,000 and Kelley Blue Book said was worth $16,914. I wanted only to ge the value of my trade-in, nothing more or less. The manager would only offer $16,500 so my wife and I compromised and said we would agree to $16,750 and the manager rejected that offer. My wife and I walked out and went home. Later the salesman called and wanted to make the deal, he discussed this with the manager and the manager agreed to do $16,750. Too little too late for us. We went shopping else where and are buying a car from another Toyota dealer. I cannot understand why a manager would not bend over backwards to secure the loyalty of local customers and sell them cars without trying to screw them. The real loser in this debacle is the salesman who lost out on a sale because of the manager, and the Toyota dealership itself. They not only lost a customer, but they no longer have my loyalty. If friends ask me if I can recommend this dealer my answer will be no. read more
