Our car wasn't working with the different trailers which was such a hassle after already having a long day of poor customer service with a different U-Haul location (U-Haul of Coronado- DONT GO THERE!!!). It turns out the adaptor we bought at the Coronado location didn't work and this manager threw in a new one for free so that we could use the trailer! Amazing manager, great service!
