Even though the rates increased twice in less than 6 months...the 2nd time was without a notice, I continued to do business there. I went in almost two weeks ago to start up my RV and to my shock, I found my RV was a victim to theft of its catalytic converter. I contacted the on property staff right away and was left waiting for 40 minutes with no one coming out to file an incident report or to show any concern, until I called them again to let them know I called the police. Naturally I moved my RV out of their storage facility that same day, as this repair would cost me a couple of thousand dollars. I requested a prorated refund of my storage fees a few times. I had just paid the full amount the week before, no one ever bothered to call me back. I called again and had to leave another message for the manager. I got a call back with the news that I would not be given any type of refund due to me not giving a 10 day move out notice. Just letting people know to be aware of your property if you are currently storing your RV at this storage facility. They ultimately don't give a crap for your damages and property loss.

I am putting a one star so the owner can truly see how messed up his office is. I had called a week prior to Good Friday to set up services for 4:30pm asked my best friend over to wait for them so I could take my daughter to the nose specialist after she fractured it only for my friend to wait for no apparent reason because my appointment went missing and no one showed up. Upon repeated attempts to reach the office, someone finally got to me and had the owner call me so I could explain how upsetting this was as I needed my carpets cleaned and I had set up the appointment a week in advance and yet no one bothered to call and reschedule or anything. He was empathetic and tried reaching out to his cleaners to come fulfill my appointment but no one was answering their phones as the business was now closed for the day and everyone was either heading home or already home, so we had agreed someone would come on Monday and I would only pay $45-half the price of what was discussed for the inconvenience. I got a call halfway through Monday morning to be told they were calling to set up and appointment for Friday. figured okay maybe some miscommunication, told her no it's supposed to be for today because my appointment was for this past Friday and no one showed up. She said okay no problem got it set up and guy showed up a little late, no problem traffic in horizon is bad I understand stuff happens. But it's when he showed me the bill I lost it and got furious. The office decided to ignore what the owner and I had discussed and only gave me $20 discount trying to charge me $70 for services rendered. Are you kidding me??? Someone is either trying to pocket the owners money or they really are just that blatantly disrespectful of customers. I will NEVER use them again simply because of his office staff. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES PLEASE
