Owner then came inside to say they were leaving because another one of their trucks broke down and maybe he can move us next week! Plus, we were charged closely to what was originally quoted. They are excellent at communicating every step of the way, too. They made sure they packed every single item we wanted, as well as made sure to unpack and place everything correctly at our new home. They bring their own wrapping stuff and blankets to protect furniture during transportation. And, no, they didn't take off with a truckload of our belongings, like they allegedly did according to that recent 1 star rating. That sounds pretty outlandish and stupid, in my opinion.
