There is a 24 hour kiosk which you can make a payment with, which is very helpful, since i normally would come when the office is closed. English/spanish bilingual and fluant. She was always polite and helpful when i went in. The ONLY con i had here, was the single on-site manager was EXTREMELY busy the first few days of the month, and it was hard to get a hold of them. There were a few times where I had to make a payment by card on the phone because i was out of town long term. Their payment website stopped working the last few months i was there. However, if i called before the 1st, she always answered and took my payment over the phone no problem. I think the biggest reason she was so busy was because of the people who insisted on paying at the last minute, OR missed a payment and wanted to complain about being locked out. I never saw the manager doing the lockouts, i think a second employee came in to handle them, but the phone would ring non-stop the first few days.

However, this was closer and the only one with auto pay. (Not neccessary as I was able to pay a year up front) but still.... Called, ask for an available unit and a quote, as it turns out, they did have 10x15 [enough to hold a 2 ish bedroom house] available for 10 dollars less than the advertised price. They have a little cart to show you the units if requested. We saw our potential one, saw that it was enough, and decided to go ahead and purchase. 1. Its 10 dollars less than website advertised 2. Check in gets 50% of first month 3. Military discount. So I went ahead and paid a year in advance.. came out to less than a month's rent currently... not bad. It's really clean, private, has a security fence /gate.. customers have to use personal security pin to to get in. Also, they sell boxes and locks at the office if you need them.
