Shout out to "Albuquerque Mike" for his over the top care in getting me established again. This is the second time I'm here. After the first use of Far West Storage for a year, when I needed to have a unit again, I immediately came here and management worked to get me what I needed. I say worked because this place is so popular that sometimes it's near full. Also the security is top notch: bobwire topped fencing with lots and lots of cameras. 24 hours access is another super point and lights in the unit. Hiker Bob of El Paso

Our car wasn't working with the different trailers which was such a hassle after already having a long day of poor customer service with a different U-Haul location (U-Haul of Coronado- DONT GO THERE!!!). It turns out the adaptor we bought at the Coronado location didn't work and this manager threw in a new one for free so that we could use the trailer! Amazing manager, great service! They were kind, courteous, and helpful and really redeemed U-Haul customer service in my eyes!

I was trying to explain to him that my dead husband's wedding band, among other sentimental items had been stolen and he was screaming at the top of his lungs and extremely confrontational. I tried to text him a few days later to help him understand that it was the sentimental value of the items and that I wanted to be sure that he checked with his workers.
