I got to the facility without a passcode to enter the area or the correct keys for access to my unit . I could not have gotten better service and support. Got me and the movers into the facility, cut the lock off and was most gracious regardless of the circus I was creating. I highly recommend this storage facility. The uneducated and disgusting employee that works at this facility should be fired. He thinks that…read moreit's okay to yell at customers and threaten them because when I yelled back, I "verbally abused" him. More than three times that I went to pay at the office, he was nowhere to be found and the office was closed. He said that customers have several options to pay for the storage unit. So now I have to pay in a manner that suits him? He argued that he was around the property. Not true. His truck was not there and another time I went inside the property and he wasn't around. Must be nice to have that job. Getting paid for doing nothing. Another time when I went to the office to pay, he was picking his nose. What a disgusting thing to do in front of customer. Just because you have a right of free speech, it doesn't mean you have to yell and be disrespectful. He was a coward. I bet If I had been a man, he wouldn't have yelled at me. He said he wasn't afraid to lose his job, MANAGER of this scumbag, please listen, he's not doing his job, maybe you need to listen to him?

They refunded the overcharge after a few months. Upon returning from deployment, I was charged again or had my payment changed. The front desk attendant explained that they don't check if you're active military but take copies of military ID upon signing. However, they check if people exit the military and continue to receive the discount. It's unclear whether they check or not. Literally feels like they intentionally try to take advantage of military. Please be careful.
