The uneducated and disgusting employee that works at this facility should be fired. He thinks that…read moreit's okay to yell at customers and threaten them because when I yelled back, I "verbally abused" him. More than three times that I went to pay at the office, he was nowhere to be found and the office was closed. He said that customers have several options to pay for the storage unit. So now I have to pay in a manner that suits him? He argued that he was around the property. Not true. His truck was not there and another time I went inside the property and he wasn't around. Must be nice to have that job. Getting paid for doing nothing. Another time when I went to the office to pay, he was picking his nose. What a disgusting thing to do in front of customer. Just because you have a right of free speech, it doesn't mean you have to yell and be disrespectful. He was a coward. I bet If I had been a man, he wouldn't have yelled at me. Called, ask for an available unit and a quote, as it turns out, they did have 10x15 [enough to hold a 2 ish bedroom house] available for 10 dollars less than the advertised price. They have a little cart to show you the units if requested. We saw our potential one, saw that it was enough, and decided to go ahead and purchase. 1. Its 10 dollars less than website advertised 2. Check in gets 50% of first month 3. Military discount. So I went ahead and paid a year in advance.. came out to less than a month's rent currently... not bad. It's really clean, private, has a security fence /gate.. customers have to use personal security pin to to get in. Also, they sell boxes and locks at the office if you need them.
