However, this was closer and the only one with auto pay. (Not neccessary as I was able to pay a year up front) but still.... Called, ask for an available unit and a quote, as it turns out, they did have 10x15 [enough to hold a 2 ish bedroom house] available for 10 dollars less than the advertised price. They have a little cart to show you the units if requested. We saw our potential one, saw that it was enough, and decided to go ahead and purchase. 1. Its 10 dollars less than website advertised 2. Check in gets 50% of first month 3. Military discount. So I went ahead and paid a year in advance.. came out to less than a month's rent currently... not bad. It's really clean, private, has a security fence /gate.. customers have to use personal security pin to to get in. Also, they sell boxes and locks at the office if you need them.

I decided to purge a bit and move to a 10'x10' instead of the 10'x15'. The savings was about $80 per month. The shining star in this was Jack. He was able to listen and understand my needs. He transferred me to the smaller unit and was able to work it out so I wouldn't have overlapping payments and I had plenty of time to do it. It's nice to see customer service still matters!
