Never was I made to feel like a dummy for not having the proper access code or keys . Deanna was absolutely wonderful. Got me and the movers into the facility, cut the lock off and was most gracious regardless of the circus I was creating. I highly recommend this storage facility. My biggest complaint is the operating hours. This is not a 24 hr facility. If you want to access your property, you have to do it between 7am and 7 pm. This does not work for me. I understand having operating hours for the office but the gate is electronic and operates with a pass code. Definitely need to reconsider these hours or at least increase them. If I am renting something I should have complete access to it.

After the first use of Far West Storage for a year, when I needed to have a unit again, I immediately came here and management worked to get me what I needed.
