I was unsuccessful contacting this location, on hold indefinitelyI then back a second time, and got to speak with a representative. Representative seemed very rushed, which is understandable because this location is pretty busy. However, I'm not gonna be able to rent a trailer from this location even though a trailer showing available online. There problem, it seems is that this site has trailers, but none of the accessories they require to rent me one. The store, it seems, is not capable of putting on a trailer hitch. Curious. I always get a trailer hitch when renting from other locations. In addition, the car that I am transporting has oversize tires, requiring that I provide my own "tiedowns" (which they sell for an additional cost. Out of tie downs. If you go to U-Haul, and can't rent a trailer because they can't provide you a trailer hitch or tiedowns, sometimes not doing their job.

Never use uhaul. They bait and switch you every time to get you in something more expensive.read more

After filing a police report and filing a claim, I was told they would not reimburse me for missing items. Apparently in order for your things to go missing, there needs to be physical evidence of a break in. But when your lock is cut by CubeSmart for being "improperly installed" and they replace the lock, chances are they will wait 6 months to tell you that they cut it. (Yes, this happened to me.) Who knows how long it was left unsecured? Who knows if the people who cut the lock took stuff while it was open? It won't matter, it's your fault that your stuff is missing. I knew what was in my storage, and somehow it just disappeared with a known time where it was unsecured by CubeSmart personnel. Renters beware! This improperly resolved issue gives this place a 1 star review.

So you are going to pay more for the truck if you put more stuff in it, not based on mileage?
