They are a Uhaul center too, but when I asked about a truck, was told that he only has one 14' truck. I thought that Uhaul companies shared equipment? Oh well, he didn't have a 10x15' unit either so I struck out here. Military discount if you ask. Friendly manager as well.

Our car wasn't working with the different trailers which was such a hassle after already having a long day of poor customer service with a different U-Haul location (U-Haul of Coronado- DONT GO THERE!!!). It turns out the adaptor we bought at the Coronado location didn't work and this manager threw in a new one for free so that we could use the trailer! Amazing manager, great service! They were kind, courteous, and helpful and really redeemed U-Haul customer service in my eyes!

The premises are well lit and I really feel like my items are secure in their storage facilities. The actual units are very high so if you can organize your belongings, it is definitely a plus. They also have a plug and lighting just in case. The rates are very good when weighing the options given and what is offered. Just can't say enough wonderful things about these guys. I am moving soon so I will be renting 2 more larger units. Well worth every cent and a true pleasure to work with.

I had a bit of trouble finding the door when I left the office! In and out the back door of a Haunted House it felt like! If you see a joke there go ahead and share it with yourself, I'm going to leave it at that. That is all.

But the driveway where you key in your code to open the gate is pretty short. I would bet that if you have a 26' Uhaul it is going to be hanging out into traffic while you punch in your code. There is a gate in the back, so it looks like you could pull in around there if you can get them to unlock it. There is also RV parking in the back. Sign said $32/month. There is a mobile home park in the back, Del Norte Mobile Home Park (http://www.yelp.com/biz/del-norte-mobile-home-park-el-paso) so I am assuming they are both owned by the same person. I am a little concerned that I was able to walk around the whole place unnoticed. I don't think I would store an RV or similar there. I'm guessing the manager lives in the mobile home park and was just at his place while I was there...but you never know. I didn't stick around long enough to ask any questions.
