Last minute frantic, this company was able to hold our household goods! We are an active duty US Army military family. At last minute this company was very grateful to us for the last minute reservations. This company even has a truck you can borrow for the day at a very LOW cost if needed to be. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend Sun City Self Storage!!! We have been renting from them since Aug 2011. 1st month rent was free for us with a half of option for the 2nd unit. They can set up auto-debit from your debit card to make transaction simple & on time! They were even able to give us our units right by each other! Made it really EASY for us! This facility has a gate that you do need to enter a code to enter. 24/7 camera's through-out the facility with an on site manager during the business hours.(unsure about evening hours). Nice looking facility, inside and outside. I like they perform daily checks of all rented lockers, and the fact you need a certain security code to even get inside. They're spacious storage units, and at an amazing price. I like they offer deals, such as credit on your bill for mentioning them on Facebook. They also offer a really good military discount. They include other things, such as the free moving truck for new renters, as well as the carts to make moving in easier. They go the extra mile, with a smile on their face as they do it. Ray is awesome, he knew I was going out of town, and is always courteous when I call to inquire about my storage unit. What an amazing establishment! Very clean, the staff is amazingly helpful and courteous! Great rates! Very trustworthy and safe place for your belongings. Gated, security gates, large doors for climate control area to get your stuff in, roll carts to help you move it from your vehicle to the unit, clean! We are military so when we leave our belongings it's hard to know who to trust and what businesses are honest. This has been the best experience as far as storage goes in El Paso, Texas! And there they offer military discount which other facilities in the area didn't. 24 hour security was also a big plus! I would recommend this place to everyone! My Husband is in the US Army, he has been deployed since June, we have had the most great experience and feeling of comfort with Sun City Self Storage. Just knowing that there is cameras monitoring the facility as well as there being an on-site manager 24 hours a day also helps our experience with putting our belongings in storage. I have been a customer of sun city storage since August and have always gotten the help I need which has helped me alot since I have been out of state. I was able to get in touch with the onsite manager when I needed to when they weren't available and I needed to get into my storage and even better get a military discount. I can access my storage 24 hrs a day and feel comfortable having it be monitored by cameras and on site managers 24 hrs a day. I would highly recommend this storage with the provided security, 24 hr access, and for military, a discount too. I would defenitely recommend this storage to the people in Northeast El Paso. I had two large storage units and the first month was free. The truck usage was free as well since I did not go over the free miles they provided. Customer service was excellent and friendly. Provided free waters while we were unloading and loading the units.
