So they get an A for being security conscious, but an F for the execution and attitude. One other note, they have their own special types of locks, so be prepared to pay $20 + a security deposit to get one. That right there was a deal breaker for me...I have so many locks, if I buy one more my wife is going to kill me.

Our car wasn't working with the different trailers which was such a hassle after already having a long day of poor customer service with a different U-Haul location (U-Haul of Coronado- DONT GO THERE!!!). It turns out the adaptor we bought at the Coronado location didn't work and this manager threw in a new one for free so that we could use the trailer! Amazing manager, great service! They were kind, courteous, and helpful and really redeemed U-Haul customer service in my eyes!

When I told the guy they were on the high side, he went into a spiel of which none of it made any sense to me. It just struck me as odd that instead of doing what every other storage manager does(matching or beating the competition's price) he tried to sell me on points that were no different than any other place. So when I saw that this place has 34 filtered reviews and only one legitimate review...it started to make sense. Writing fake reviews is unethical and is a good indicator to steer clear of this place. I would give them a one star, but the facility did look well maintained. And when I asked about the truck, it was not free. He said it was half the regular monthly rate of the storage unit. That didn't make sense either. So you are going to pay more for the truck if you put more stuff in it, not based on mileage? I mean that is great if you are moving your stuff from Albuquerque, but not so great if you are cleaning out your garage less than a mile away! Maybe he just didn't like me. Don't expect to get any email notice when the payment is due like every other bill you have. They will mail notice to your emergency contact before you get notified. Probably not going to win any customer service awards any time soon. The facility was clean and nice, with roll up doors. They by far have the lowest price on a 10x20' unit at $89/month! And it is right on the sign, so you know they probably don't change the prices often. Also, the sign at the gate says 17' truck Maximum!
