At first glance it was simple garden hoses but then when we started unloading the truck we found many items not only missing but broken. Because my new home was not yet ready for occupancy, I had to pay for storage; the storage rate was, I thought, extremely high. When I needed another week (after the first month), I had to pay for another entire month of storage--$1500! No partial month! Delivery was prompt, and we had 3 days to unload; after I called that we were done (on a Friday), they picked up the trailer on Monday. My only problem was with the storage fee, which basically doubled my cost of moving. I heartily recommend their service, except for their storage rates.
