At first glance it was simple garden hoses but then when we started unloading the truck we found many items not only missing but broken. When I needed another week (after the first month), I had to pay for another entire month of storage--$1500! No partial month! Delivery was prompt, and we had 3 days to unload; after I called that we were done (on a Friday), they picked up the trailer on Monday. My only problem was with the storage fee, which basically doubled my cost of moving. I heartily recommend their service, except for their storage rates.
