    Scratch, as I was watching it happen!

    If I could give zero stars to JOHN FERGUSON MOVING & STORAGE, I would! We hired JOHN FERGUSON MOVING & STORAGE to move several pieces of furniture to our new home. Everything started out great! They arrived on time, and were polite and helpful, but then things went terribly wrong, hours later, when we arrived to our new home, and they started to unpack. I discovered three pieces of furniture that were damaged. The first was our leather sectional. I immediately brought it to the attention of Mike, the team leader, and Danny, who was in charge of the sectional. Both started to claim that the damage looked "old" and must have already been there. I told them that I know my furniture and I had also looked at it specifically the night before. They continued to argue with me, and I asked them to stop arguing with me, and to please finish with the move. They also scratched my entertainment center WHILE I was standing there in front of the them! I told them that they were scratching it, and they did not stop! When they were leaving, Mike rushed me to sign a claim form describing the damage to my furniture. He told me that they could have the damage repaired. I believed him, and signed the claim form. I was still extremely satisfied with the overall outcome of the entire move, and told them so. I know how difficult it can be to move furniture. However, and sadly, a few hours later, I discovered that the new refrigerator which is housed in our garage was dented! The front door had four visible dents on it! I called JOHN FERGUSON MOVING & STORAGE the next morning to add another claim for the damaged refrigerator. I also emailed them. I could not get ahold of anyone for quite a few days, and after repeated calls and messages, Kristin Ferguson called me, and sent Martin Sanchez to my house to "fix" my damaged items. Martin Sanchez wasted 45 minutes of my time by talking nonstop! Martin told me that no matter what they do, I will always know the damage is there, and it "will never be the same again" What???? He also changed the subject and told me that he could plant trees for $75 each! He even gave me his business card! How can he conduct business for one business, and try to drum up business for himself? Hmmm!! The next day, I tried making contact with JOHN FERGUSON MOVING, and Kristin Ferguson was no better than the two movers who argued with me about my damaged furniture! He said that I never told the movers that the refrigerator was damaged, and had already signed the claim form. I told him that this must not be a rare occurrence when a CUSTOMER finds another piece of damaged furniture due to the move, a few hours later! He was adamant that I already filed the claim, and added that I told the movers that another moving company had moved my new refrigerator! I NEVER, ever told the movers this information because it NEVER happened! That was a lie! JOHN FERGUSON MOVING & STORAGE were the only movers that moved my refrigerator! I explained to Kristin Ferguson that, as a female senior citizen, trying to keep track of four men moving my furniture was daunting, and the garage was the last place I was going to look at while they were there. Kristin Ferguson was masterful at interrupting me and twisting my words! It was disheartening and I was very disappointed with the entire situation. I knew in my heart that he was not going to help me whatsoever, so I gave up trying. I was treated rudely, disrespected, and accused of being dishonest! I do not, and cannot recommend JOHN FERGUSON MOVING whatsoever ever! They simply cannot be trusted.

    Hello All! I have waited to make this post because I wanted to ensure ample time for the company to make it right. In April I scheduled our move from El Paso to California with John Ferguson Moving and Storage. They came out gave a quote that was the most reasonable quote I could find. Another family had used them to load and said they had done an awesome job and so I went with it. They also offered a cleaning ($500) and a month of free storage (I had already planned to pay for storage so this was helpful). We were moving into a new house and wouldn't know exactly when it would be done. When they came to pack up our items at the end of May, we were all set. I labeled places that didn't need to be packed with tape and made clear everything else needed to go. The packers were ATROCIOUS! I have never had anyone pack so unorganized. They went around from room to room seemingly just throwning things in boxes (my mom was there not me, I had to work). My husband was already gone and I was left with my 4 kids to get this done. When I came home they had arrived at 11 left at 4 and less than half of my home was in boxes (it was supposed to be a two day pack). They came back the next day (it seemed the crew had trouble knowing who was in charge) they were to finish packing and load the truck. When I came home I found 4 boxes upstairs, my back yard with stuff all spread around, it was such a mess. They were supposed to come clean the next day. I called and said then they came to clean they needed to bring a truck to pick up the rest of the stuff. They asked if they could change the day for the cleaning because they had been at our home "so late" the night before. I was accommodating. I came to the home the next day the person that came to take the rest of my items had to be told MULTIPLE times what to take (which was EVERYTHING) Then I waited to have the home clean. They did a mediocre job at best, not worth $500. They were there from about 12-3. I just let it go, at this point I was just happy to have the house packed. In the Middle of May our construction company said they could have our home ready by the end of June. I called the company and requested our items be delivered June 29th. The week before the Ferguson's called me asking if they could move UP my delivery. I said no idt so because my closing date was the end of June, but that I'd ask. I responded to them that I needed to keep the original date. The day before 6/28 they called telling me they had a problem with my stuff fitting and if they could move my delivery to the following Monday, I said "no I need my stuff on our date" (at this point I'm wondering how they barely figured out they had a problem) they said something about having the driver of choice. They said okay work with us we can deliver a majority of the items and just keep our the bikes and a grill cause it doesn't fit and then bring those on Monday 7/1. I said fine. (BIG MISTAKE) I should have let them hold it and get the money they would have owed for every day delayed because we are now almost to 8/1 missing our other items with no future date of delivery. It's kind of weird too because we got all my husband's tools EXCEPT his Milwaukee drill, I have my rugg padding, no rug, my picture frames and work out mirror but not my art work. Not to mention how many items were ruined because the packers had done such a horrible job. Anyway if you made it this far DO NOT USE John Ferguson Moving and Storage!

    What discount? We paid what you quoted and expected care. If you give a "discount" that gives you the right to destroy people's property? Wow that's a great work ethic and even more reason not to use this company

    Both Gabriel and another mover came by promptly last month to help me move all of my stuff from my…read morePOD container up to my second floor apartment (that only has stairs and no elevator)! Gabriel had texted me that they would be a little late because the previous move for another client was taking a little longer than anticipated. I told him that would be fine. However, both he and his fellow mover were still pretty prompt and still came by at around 1:30 or 1:45 pm, which was not too far off from the original time they were about to come by. I was really amazed that they unloaded everything, worked really hard, and were extremely careful with my boxes and fragile belongings, and moved everything into my new apartment within half an hour :D ! I would highly recommend these guys for my next move :) ! They did an excellent job :D ! And they made everything really smooth and stress-free for me :) ! They are definitely worth it for the pricing they charge :) ! There aren't any hidden fees, and pricing is very black and white, Crystal-clear :) !

In contrast to our Arizona movers, who showed up 45 minutes late and smelling like weed, E.P. Movers were both polite and professional. They know how to make the most of your time and don't mess around. I recommend them!! They're fast, friendly, and economically priced.
