Never was I made to feel like a dummy for not having the proper access code or keys . Deanna was absolutely wonderful. Got me and the movers into the facility, cut the lock off and was most gracious regardless of the circus I was creating. I highly recommend this storage facility. I've been renting a storage unit here for a few years. I've had no complaints, but the price had…read morecontinued to rise. When I initially started, it was $96 per month and this month it was $256! I decided to purge a bit and move to a 10'x10' instead of the 10'x15'. The savings was about $80 per month. The shining star in this was Jack. He was able to listen and understand my needs. He transferred me to the smaller unit and was able to work it out so I wouldn't have overlapping payments and I had plenty of time to do it. It's nice to see customer service still matters!

My biggest complaint is the operating hours. This is not a 24 hr facility. If you want to access your property, you have to do it between 7am and 7 pm. This does not work for me. I understand having operating hours for the office but the gate is electronic and operates with a pass code. Definitely need to reconsider these hours or at least increase them. If I am renting something I should have complete access to it.

After the first use of Far West Storage for a year, when I needed to have a unit again, I immediately came here and management worked to get me what I needed.
