I paid $120 cash for two hours and the movers left abruptly at one hour. They stacked the boxes haphazardly in my apartment when couch and bed were moved in. They didn't help restock them organized. I have medical condition and cannot lift. I have to pay 250 for a new box spring now. The owner won't reply to my request of receipt and refund. Horrible and unprofessional don't go with them.
