The driver delivered the trailer within the time slot quoted and had to park it at the curb. He…read moreparked it right where the ramp arm fell into a dip so we had to find a brick for under it to keep it stable. Then the ramp arms did not want to retract into the folded position when we quit loading for the day/night. We used a lot of braided rope throughout the load (every four feet, we created a web of sorts to hold things secure) and ended with a cargo net to cover the back end and latch into the slots. The bulkheads provided were old and not holding onto the walls as they were supposed to. Entire load shifted 12-18". Twenty-two feet of space was used for the move. Luckily, we only lost a bookshelf and my old PC to the moving process. Employees were friendly and helpful, truck was clean. Unload was much easier. Ramp was newer and worked without complications. Overall, it was better than U-Haul or someone else. But if we ever move again, I will opt to use the reloCubes instead... that ramp was difficult to get the heavier items up and the platform dolly's wheels kept getting caught. Ramp was best used with 10" handtruck/upright dolly wheels or bigger platform dolly tires.

Because my new home was not yet ready for occupancy, I had to pay for storage; the storage rate was, I thought, extremely high. When I needed another week (after the first month), I had to pay for another entire month of storage--$1500! No partial month! Delivery was prompt, and we had 3 days to unload; after I called that we were done (on a Friday), they picked up the trailer on Monday. My only problem was with the storage fee, which basically doubled my cost of moving. I heartily recommend their service, except for their storage rates.
