She is 15 and autistic and really struggles with getting rid of stuff and cleaning when it gets bad. I work full time, single dad, in school and dealing with health issues including a cancer scare. I'm overwhelmed trying to help my daughter keep her room clean so I asked and these folks really delivered above and beyond. They took point on the project but allow me and my daughter to help where we could and where ok with my daughter's quirks about her stuff. Their assistance gave me the time to get to my kitchen and other stuff. I will most certainly have them back to deep clean the rest of my home. I'm going to add that despite all they did and the time, what they charged me made the experience a good value.

My pool has been swamp green on and off since February. I begged my leasing company to send a new…read moreservice provider out and finally, Dan from Pool Troopers, to the rescue!! The previous pool vendor gave me a list of reasons as to why this was happening and was constantly "waiting on approval for leasing company" or parts ordered. Dan fixed both issues with parts he already had on him and had the pool clear and glistening in under half an hour and we were able to swim the next day. Months of stress and repeated phone calls and he fixed in one quick visit. Only wish I had been even more persistent about switching vendors sooner. Dan from Pool Troopers, thank you sincerely!! We were able to swim for the July 4th and actually enjoy our backyard!!!

I requested furniture pick up on the app from a furniture store. It was a quick turnaround for a…read moredriver to accept the job. The driver indicated he needed a helper to move two oversized chairs. at the time of pick up, the driver did not have a helper, and the homeowner that the furniture was being delivered to had to help the driver. The driver also picked up the furniture on the wrong date and proceeded to deliver the furniture on the wrong date. GoShare attempted to charge me for a driver and a "helper", not only that , GoShare attempted to charge me for equipment that was not used during the delivery of the furniture. If I had not complained about the lack of a "helper" and the lack of equipment, they would have proceeded to charge me for services that they did not provide. Never will I use GoShare again!!! I would not recommend GoShare to anyone.

They did recommend GoShare and I contacted the company via the app. I received an immediate response and the job was accepted within minutes. I contacted the driver by text and he responded while he was in the hospital! GoShare kept me informed throughout the process. The driver and helper were on-time, polite, professional and respectful of my property. I think the service I received was perfect and the price ( though not cheap) was reasonable. The process from requesting the service until the job was completed was seamless.

Our experience was with Servpro Grapevine. They did some repairs after our home flood due to a…read morepipe breaking. The quality of the work performed was horrible to say the least. As their owner states to me in a Google review "We strive to deliver the highest quality of workmanship" I would disagree 100%. If it wasn't for us doing nightly visits our house would have not been put back together correctly. We had to point out major flaws in the flooring and cabinetry. They do offer a 1year product workmanship warranty that they will find a loophole to get out of covering. They will claim they followed all the manufacturer guidelines and that you the customer approved all the work completed. And they are correct but as I told my contractor the floors didn't seem right from the get-go, should you hear popping and cracking when walking. He assured me the floors were settling and we would hear this because with Luxury Vinyl Plank floors are floating floors. This was told to him thru the whole process, but he is the professional, so I took him for his word. As we suspected the floors started to break and pull away to where we had to tape the floors down. We made the warranty claim to only be told the floor is doing this because the sub-floor was not prep prior to install and this was told to us by their own 3rd party contractor. The owner in his Google Review response to my bad review states the damages weren't covered because they concluded these damages were pet related. You can clear see they are not pet related damages and we had laminate plank flooring prior to this and never had issues until the flood. Those floors were 17yrs old and still looked as good as the day they were installed. The floors that Servpro Grapevine install were under a year old when I made the warranty claim, yes less than a year old and falling apart. BIG waste of money due to poor installation that could have been prevented but is being blaming on pets, I don't think so you have the pictures.
