After 50 min on hold no clear answer when our thing will be delivered and when asking more questions they just hang up. This was happening 2days in a row and then they just did not pick the phone at all!!! I contacted them on email- no answer. Also as I google this company realized we are not the only people that are going thru this. Try to avoid this company as much as you can.

During that conversation, I asked what it would cost to add approximately 70 boxes to the move. John told me the cost would be "anywhere from $2 to $5 per box, depending on how big each box is." I told him I would discuss it with my husband and get back to him. Less than an hour later, I called back and spoke with Kevin, the General Manager, to let him know that we wanted to add the boxes. Kevin gave me a price that was above the $5-per-box range John had just quoted, with no consideration for the size of the boxes. I explained to Kevin exactly what John had told me only moments earlier. Instead of acknowledging the discrepancy or trying to find a reasonable solution, Kevin repeatedly told me that "the system doesn't quote like that," that John must have been giving me an average, or that perhaps I had misunderstood John. That was extremely frustrating. I was simply trying to resolve a pricing discrepancy between two people within the same company. Rather than taking ownership of the situation and working with me to find a reasonable solution, I felt as though the responsibility was being placed on me. At that point, I told Kevin that I was so frustrated with the sudden change in pricing and the way the situation was being handled that I wanted to cancel the entire move. Kevin did not attempt to resolve the issue or retain our business--he immediately took us off the schedule. Fortunately, we had enough flexibility with our move to take our business elsewhere. But I was genuinely surprised that a General Manager would handle a customer situation this way, particularly the day before a scheduled move. For a company with such high ratings, I expected much better customer service, communication, and transparency. My experience left me feeling that Leaders was not "leading" in those areas. I also have to question the company's "no hidden fees" claim based on this experience. From my perspective, the price changed after we had already committed to the company, and when I questioned the discrepancy, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. This review is based solely on my personal experience, but I would strongly recommend getting every price and every potential additional charge in writing before committing to a move with this company.

They also moved me to an apartment about 15 years ago. They moved my elderly father when he was moving from a large apartment to an independent living facility (which included helping him pack the breakables), and has moved a close friend several times. In my mind, there are no other options. Every single time - it has been perfect. No breakage. No damage. Nothing missing. Friendly. Fast. Three guys, right on time and friendly. It was a full service move, so the guys did the packaging. They did a thorough job, disassembling all parts of each piece of furniture, wrapping up each meticulously. Not sure if they did the actually transporting across country, but no surprise, my stuff arrived in perfect condition! I highly recommend these movers! Thanks guys!
