I was in charge of organizing the logistics. Which, by the way, is my least favorite thing to do in a time crunch. I've had horrible storage facility experiences in the past but was impressed by my experience with this facility. The main item being, I didn't even need to interact with anyone to get this handled. We already had enough going on, so this convenience was VERY appreciated. After a quick yelp search, Buckeye State Storage popped up. I noticed they were literally minutes from Cleveland State which was super convenient for my cousin. I immediately went onto their website and reserved their move-in special, a 10x10 for $99. I instantly received a gate code, room #, and my cousin already had her own lock from the past that she held onto. She dropped her stuff off 20 minutes later. That was easy!

After I open account in March 22 Kymani Peterson name but my card paid for all my belongings. Same disrespectful management allows a woman play games with my belongings and forced me to pay higher price going into August. Nothing changed but names. In addition no working gate for months. This is a joke of business with new location in south Euclid with same business practice. Furthermore mam said nothing was saying bothered him but kept talking to someone in background instead of the (Written business) from cubesmart. He now takes it personal and tries to force a vacate of unit. When No physical or verbal threats were made. Outside of written info. Man then says he is coding without every sending copy of agreement. Can't handle these type calls should not be in power. As I send copy email to cubesmart no copy. Looking upstairs Legal action. Everything written was not violated outside pay delay. Teach workers to train properly an know what they are talking about when it comes to dates and calls. Prior to the move, they called a couple of times to confirm locations, prices and optional add-on's. I will start out by saying in my years of experience with UHaul in general, which has only been…read moremaybe a dozen and a half times in twenty five or so years, I don't think I've EVER, EVER, had a smooth customer experience - EXEPT for ONE time when they had a location on Broadway Avenue in Bedford, which is gone now, and that was only because I happened to deal with the actual store manager that day. He was great and very helpful, as was the guy working with him that day. This was probably ten years ago at least though. Maybe more. I had a hitch put on my Outback and it was great. EVERY other time was simply to have a propane tank filled up, and I'm NOT kidding, it was never smooth. 100% of the time, and I'll say it again, ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of the time, there are employees working who don't care or are simply overwhelmed with tasks. I have waited literally forty minutes just IN LINE to tell someone I'd like a tank filled because they have ten people in line waiting to be taken care of and the one or "maybe" two employees on duty, work with ZERO sense of urgency. So, I've personally come to the conclusion that they are most likely understaffed and overworked which leads to apathy, and I know in a lot of cases that's just it. Most of the people working there are good people but are working their butts off. Anyhow, I called this location today with just a question, a simple question that would have taken literally fifteen seconds to answer, but when I called a woman answered and asked if I could hold - and I said "Yes", and then I was waiting for fifteen minutes with the same, recorded message on loop every twenty seconds. I just hung up. UHaul is famous for their horrible customer service, in my opinion. How about, you know, STAFF ENOUGH PEOPLE to have a functioning business? I know, novel idea, but hell, it could help your bottom line.
