After I open account in March 22 Kymani Peterson name but my card paid for all my belongings. Same disrespectful management allows a woman play games with my belongings and forced me to pay higher price going into August. Nothing changed but names. In addition no working gate for months. This is a joke of business with new location in south Euclid with same business practice. Furthermore mam said nothing was saying bothered him but kept talking to someone in background instead of the (Written business) from cubesmart. He now takes it personal and tries to force a vacate of unit. When No physical or verbal threats were made. Outside of written info. Man then says he is coding without every sending copy of agreement. Can't handle these type calls should not be in power. As I send copy email to cubesmart no copy. Looking upstairs Legal action. Everything written was not violated outside pay delay. Teach workers to train properly an know what they are talking about when it comes to dates and calls. They moved me from Lakewood to Fairview Park, Ohio, at a speedy rate, but were very cautious and professional. I was given a time range and they arrived within it friendly and ready to go. Prior to the move, they called a couple of times to confirm locations, prices and optional add-on's. Great customer service!…read more I made an online appointment for Sunday at 2pm, I was in and out in about 20 minutes; including a check-over of the truck for damage pre-rental and all. I did the online 'check-in' which I think did save time, as the representative asked to see my license, but only looked at it and handed it back. They didn't try hard to up-sell me with any equipment I didn't need. All in all, it was a very low-hastle, relaxed experience. I will definitely go there again. Oh, and here is a freebie for y'all: Don't try to save money by stockpiling boxes and going weird routes to get boxes (like going to walmart late at night, etc). Do yourself a huge favor and buy a bunch of boxes from Home Depot or someplace. Even better: Rubbermaid Roughneck bins. Good boxes are like 2 bucks each. And get some packing material; newsprint or bubble stuff. Here is why: when all of your boxes are the same size they stack MUCH TIGHTER and are actually more sturdy than just random boxes. The money you save by using all of your saved Amazon Prime boxes will NOT be worth the time wasted trying to get all of your rooms full of junk to fit in them. Then when you go to stack them in the truck (or storage unit) you will have so much space wasted since you won't be able to stack the boxes nearly as high as if they were all homogeneous. So just get some nice boxes already. You can use them forever. Anyways, *end rant* have fun!

I've rented trucks from UHaul, and thought I'd seen the worst of it (e.g., rolling up a truck door…read moreand being presented with blood-colored splatter on the floor and walls that looked eerily like a scene from a snuff film), but the management at this location said, "Hold my beer." In addition to handwriting a $300 late fee on my contract, they forgot to provide the moving pads. Because I'd picked up the truck at the end of the day. I couldn't address the issue until the next day. I called FOUR times and was immediately put on hold for almost an hour trying to get the pads. Of course, this meant that the movers I'd hired to move my stuff refused to move several items because they didn't have pads, so it took a few hours longer than I'd anticipated, and I was charged for an extra day--for both the rental AND the pads I never received! To add insult to injury, I'm going to have to file a charge dispute with my bank just to get a refund for the pads because no one at the location or from customer service will help me. If you're planning to rent from UHaul, avoid this location!
