    Bathroom at CubeSmart on S Atlanta Road. Disgusting.

    They get you with a low rate and free first months rent, but then increase every year. No one works in the office. Tried calling several time during business hours and no answer. Showed up to clear out my unit, no staff on site (during normal business hours). Called regional CubeSmart and they even said someone should be onsite but they could not get ahold of anyone. Clearly no one has showed up to work in a while based on the state of the bathroom. This place is disgusting and you get zero help if you have any questions.

    *** BEWARE*** Climate controlled indoor unit FLOODED The insurance plan they sell you DOES NOT COVER THIS and the facility fails to take responsibility. I'm out $$$ on my items that can't be replaced all because the facility is faulty. This whole situation has been a MESS I just had a baby 4 weeks ago and had to move units with a newborn while dealing with NASTY SMELLY WATER dripping all over everything and not to mention all the MOLD ON ALL MY ITEMS!! BOTTOM LINE- YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT SAFE HERE I've only been in my unit for 5 month and the fist big storm it flooded. I was told that it was due to the fact that the drains were not constructed properly and someone propped open the doors allowing the water to come in.

    Kia and Cherelle (hope my spelling is correct) both have wonderful customer service. They were attentive, helpful and kind. Kia assisted me when I came to purchase my unit. She took me on a walk through of a unit just to make sure it would be adequate space. On move in day Cherelle greeted me and helped with my entrance into the building. Definitely satisfied with this location and the cleanliness of it. Oh and shot out to Brad Q., who prepared it especially for me.

    Humidity bags, poor climate control

    I have been utilizing cube smart as my storage facility since 7/12/23. From that day forward there have been constant issues. Firstly when I went in to sign my paperwork on a time crunch in between work, and I made the young lady aware that I had my own lock and she told me that I would need to return the green lock that was on the unit (not even mentioning to return the other lock that is usually sold or added to the unit cost). I told her that I wasn't moving into the unit until 7/28/23 and she never mentioned that I would be charged if I didn't return the lock within 48hrs although I literally told her when I planned to move in. Two days later I get a voicemail from the same lady saying I was being charged a late fee for not returning the green lock. I hadn't even accessed the unit yet because I wasn't moving for another 2 weeks, Not to mention I brought my lock with me the day I signed my papers so why wouldn't she say "ma'am you should put the lock on the unit now so you wont be charged because you only have 48hrs from TODAY!". The second issue occurred the week of my move when I found a puddle of water in my unit on the Monday 7/24. I called the manager and made them aware of the puddle and took pictures and put in a work request to have it fixed and prior to me moving in on that Friday 7/28. The day of move in my door code wouldn't work, there was a sign on the door that the lady would be back at a specific time (we waited an hour and she never came back/30mins past time). I call corporate again to see if I can get another code. They provided a emergency door code that I had to use for 2 months because it was never fixed (I addressed this issue with the same young lady btw face to face when I came to check if the water issue was addressed, midweek). The third issue occurred 11/19 when I needed to access my unit to get some work items. Well, that didn't happen because there was a red lock on my unit enabling me from accessing it as if my account wasn't paid to date (they had just retrieved their payment on 11/12). I called corporate again explaining the issue. The woman was very understanding and stated that there was nothing mentioning the purpose of the lock on my unit so it must've been a mistake. I specifically asked to speak to the regional manager to resolve the matter. I was told that regional managers are required to call within 48hrs which would have been 11/21 and here it is 12/27, I never received a call from ANYONE within that time frame! I had to go purchase more work items the next day, when I should have been able to access my own. I called the store 4x on 11/20 and got no answer or returned call until that evening. I was also told "sorry for the late call we were doing auctions all day". Well that brought me lots of comfort. I was called by the store manager again (still no upper management) on 11/27 letting me know that the regional manager applied a $42 discount on my rent that I was notified a week earlier (via mail) was going up $42. So he basically discounted me the difference of what I was already paying every single month ON TIME! Must I mention the list of other issues that I've experienced such the door being stuck open for anyone to access the facility, the disgusting bathroom, two dolly's for a 100+ unit facility (so imagine multiple people moving in on the same day), the elevator light the was broken (dark for two months), completely full humidity bags I keep and have to change monthly in my unit due to moisture (probably also due to the thermostat being kept on the highest temp listed in contract 80° in blazing summer temps and at the lowest in winter months). This has been by far the worse storage renting experience I have ever had and I don't plan on staying! I really hope they find some resolutions for the facility and customers like me who've had to suffer through these inconveniences and poor customer service. I would not recommend to anyone ever.

    Their insurance won't cover infrastructure damage, but if Guile from Street Fighter shows up and starts throwing Sonic Booms, you're good

Glad we went back. They left a horrible absolute mess I had pay a company to come clean the mess up.i tried contacting owner instead being understanding he said he was at hospital and I was being negative he doesn't like negativity ( by belongings being broke is negative?) When we got to my new home and they unloaded, one dining room chair leg was broken and 2 other chairs were very scraped. A small waste basket that I brought back from Florence, Italy, was destroyed. Also, the final bill came in higher than I expected. When I contacted the office and the person through whom I had made the reservation, Alan, he was rude and told me to send pictures. I did but have not heard back from him. When I call the office, phone goes directly into voicemail and I leave messages, but no one calls me back. I have been trying to reach him for 26 days! I would never, ever, use them or recommend them to anyone.

    I won't be able to explain my full animosity and frustration with Emenac Packaging in one review…read morepost. However, my hope is that anyone who reads this review will stay far away from this company and will look elsewhere for packaging needs. You will waste an unbelievable amount of time, energy and life speaking with Harry (CEO), Mark (Sales Rep), Nathan (Sales Rep) and company. The process of fulfilling my order with this company took 5 weeks longer than it was supposed to and lost my company thousands of dollars of business in the process. We didn't have any boxes to sell our product in. In the process of fulfilling my order, I sent over 25 emails with Mark (sales rep) and he forgot who I was two times. This was after I had paid for the completion of the boxes in advanced. I had to reintroduce myself. After delaying my company 5 extra weeks, and losing my company thousands of dollars and sales, Harry (the CEO with decision-making power), told me all he could do was send an extra 100 boxes the next time I placed an order. There is not a chance I will ever work with this company again.

All the positive reviews are on the same dates. Also, the influx of positive reviews come after a bad review is left. Major red flag that I wish i would've noticed before i gave them my money. Furthermore, this company is located in Pakistan, not Irvine, CA. The address listed in there profile is to a virtual office they pay $25/month for. The lies start before you even pick up the phone to call them! Now on to my experience with Emenac. It starts off great and they're beyond accommodating BEFORE they have your money. I chose to use them because they claim to be based in the US, however, they are not. They have a business address here, but they are in Pakistan, the person you're working with is in Pakistan and the products are shipped from Pakistan. Because I didn't want to deal with importing from China, I assumed a US company would be my best bet. They claim to be in US, but are not. They claim free shipping, but you'd still be paying half what they quote you for production and importing from China. They also try to discourage you from ordering samples with ridiculous sample costs so that you end up stuck with a subpar product. I found this out after the fact. I should have done my due diligence, and i hope i can encourage someone else to do theirs. So, I agree to a price with them for custom shipping boxes, send them my artwork and then I ask them to hold off on shipping until I get my new artwork. They agreed and had no issues with this. They told me they had not started printing my boxes. Once i receive my updated artwork for the 2 boxes i already ordered and asked them for quotes on 4 additional boxes, this is where all the problems started. I'd received an email from them for 25% off boxes that i forwarded to my representative and informed her i'd like to apply this to my additional 4 boxes i want to add to my order. She came back with prices that were way higher than my first quotes. I asked her about the 25% off and she said the email should have said 2 - 25% off. 2%???? REALLY?! What am i going to do with 2%?! And even still, why are the prices HIGHER you've applied a 2% discount? She said the 25% was a marketing error, and i informed her that good customer service would be to honor that error. She refused and i moved on from that issue. So once i realized that the boxes they were going to print for me would not match my other boxes, I decided to get other products from them. I requested quotes, received there ridiculous prices, and was still going to move forward instead of requesting a refund. I requested custom rigid set up gift boxes that they claimed they could do, agreed to their gauged prices, but once they sent me pictures of samples i saw it wasn't what i requested. They tried to convince me the boxes would be nice and just fine. For $5/box, it needs to be what i want! So i follow up to see if this is something they can produce, and they tell me they can but i need to increase my minimums and now the price is $10 - $15. They literally make stuff up as they go. How can the price be $10 - 15 when you have the measurements? That's a big difference in price per box. So now i need to order $15,000 in gift boxes or you won't print them? The same box is $6/box elsewhere. So at this point, I'd had it with the ridiculous antics. It's clear they have no desire to do the right thing by their customers. I requested a refund and then they tell me they have to see how much costs were incurred from the initial boxes that i cancelled printing on. Earlier they'd told me they didn't start printing, and now all of a sudden they incurred costs. So I'm supposed to wait for them to make up some numbers so that they can keep all my money instead of refunding me??? What a joke! They don't respond to emails once they have your money. I have to call them to follow up on everything. Every time i call, the representative (now I'm working with 2 different people), are out to lunch. No matter what time of day, they're out to lunch or just back from lunch so this is their excuse for not getting back to you. Once i called the rep was out to lunch and 4 hours later the same day she's on her way to lunch...what?! Keep your lies together! Furthermore, they are very vague on the shipped and to your door date. They don't want to tell you they're in Pakistan, so they claim it gets to you in 7 - 9 days. That's actually when it's shipped from Pakistan. That's not when it will arrive to you. Also, you can't file a complaint with the BBB because they're not based in the US. Some companies want customers for a lifetime and some want to get what they can get out of you and then scam the next person/business. SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY AND STRESS AND DON'T USE EMENAC! THEY ARE THE DEFINITION OF UNETHICAL.
