First when I signed the contract with them , I was told to add to my renters insurance incase something happened to my items. I am not an expert but I believe they should have to carry insurance if they are running a business. A month and a half later I went back to straighten out the space since things calmed down from the move, and I find my storage space infested with stink bugs and mice droppings. I went to the office, I was told the owner would call me that afternoon and she never did. I had to call myself 2 days later and leave another message. She finally called back and I explain the situation, she shows no concern. I asked why the units aren't sealed properly, she explains they are not sealed, which brings me to another concern of water damage. Anyway, all she says to me is read your contract, it is in there that we are not responsible for insects. Insects, I can understand . Infestation I can not. She then tells me if I have to move , just give them notice and return the key. What? This is just like a slum lord if you ask me. Sit back and collect the money and do nothing to correct the problem. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Debbie

Due to some miscommunication I was given to understand I had access to the rental truck for the duration of the month I had paid for - which turned out not to be accurate.
