First day here. Gate is broken, and I can't get in with vehicle. I decided to walk to go look at the unit, and of course, the light wasn't even working in the space. Very surprised they would lease a unit and not even do an inspection first to make sure the light works. Maybe this is how they afford to give half off the first month's rent? read more

Clean. Offers 24 hr access. Offers climate control but honestly I'd go for outside storage because if other people property has an odor ie smoke pet odor etc your stuff will also take it in but the areas were clean well lit totally secure. Nice staff read more

The staff and condition of the property is excellent for Public Storage (PS). We have used both the smaller and larger units at this location. Clean, climate-control works, gate functions and above-average for most storage facilities. I just moved my belongings because after moving to a larger unit, using the $1 first month online promotion, the rent was increased within 5 months by more than $20. That's huge! In other industries that's called "bait-and-switch". When I called the PS Customer Service they were cold, legal and unresponsive. Too bad. I handle many storage and moving situations for real estate clients so PS is crossed out of my vendor book. No disrespect to the Euclid management and staff; they are fabulous. Just the policy of their corporation does not appeal to me. read more

I love all the sizes the units come in, everything was clean and temperature regulated. The staff are pleasant and very quick. They made sure I understood all of my options and made sure all my questions were answered. They even gave me a cell number to reached them and made sure to meet me at my choice of time at the location. The only thing I would have to complain about was the price of their locks is high and you have to spend a minimum for insurance even though what I stored wasn't valuable in any way. At least the first month was free and I only had to pay the one time fee for the lock, administration fee (which was cheap). Overall the location was great, service great and the price was cheaper than other companies. read more

The gate at this site has been broken for multiple weeks. They have limited the hours due a temporary gate, which has adversely impacted my use. Also just looked thru my auto pay, my rate went up over 10% just a few months after inking the contract. My wife nor I have not found any communication stating their would be an increases. I will be canceling posthaste. read more

Went to this location and Mikayla was phenomenal in handling our reservation and giving options. She showed us which units are available, asked about our needs and helped a lot. She called in her Mgr to help with our transaction as well, it was a smooth process. Much better than all the other ones we have rented in Prince William County. The facility is a little old, bathrooms definitely need to be renovated or at least thoroughly cleaned as they were very unsanitary when I saw them. read more

Convenient storage location in Manassas. Easy access to units. Hours could be longer.

In need to store a car over winter. Started by calling the central Public Storage number and was directed to this location, based on availability and price. It is close to where we live, which is also good. Tried a couple of units. The first one was a tad small. The manager, Foster, did a great job showing and explaining pros and cons. He also helped literally push the vehicle into the unit. He checked specials and offered a second solution, that was just a bit more expensive, however offering considerably more space, making the access much easier. Great help. Lots of attention to my needs and very good behavior as if he was storing his own vehicle in the facility. Great customer service and a pleasant person to deal with. Knowledgeable and offered good suggestions to help me save money and get the best deal. I can strongly recommend this location! read more
