Cubby's is my go to. Any time I'm in the mood for a good salad or sandwich this is where I go. They are consistently amazing. Really good, fresh food. Favorite meal is the Tri-tip steak salad with the buffalo blue cheese fries. Be sure to ask for extra buffalo sauce. The Tri-tip steak sandwich is quite tasty as well but I have a hard time breaking away from the salad. It's perfection. Try it once and you'll never order anything different. I had the apple pecan salad and liked it a lot! My mom had the steak salad which was also tasty. It is a really chill place with good food and I will continue to eat there for a good salad and sand which place. Cubby's is definitely a unique restaurant..and I mean that in the best possible way. Their food is fresh, tasty, and unlike most eateries in Utah county. I don't know what took me so long to try this place out! My husband LOVES the dragonslayer and we both love the Mac and cheese. I usually get a salad but there are so many things I want to try! I went during lunchtime, the place was packed and regardless of the long cafe rio style line for ordering, we got through it pretty quickly. I ordered the gypsy burger which was dripping in BBQ sauce, and tried my niece's huckle-Lala shake. The burger was good, but I would expect a larger portion or a side of fries for $8. Fun venue. Nice and new and clean. Lots of seating. Wasn't too. Yay but we went kinda early on a weekend. I got the quinoa salad which was good but my husbands sandwich was better!!! We eat at cubby's twice a week. Their food is amazing! I have to give a shoutout to Ryan who packs the food and makes this location run like a well oiled machine. When he is not there, our order takes 3 times as long and is always incorrect. When he is working we get our food right away and it's always perfect. This guys needs a raise!! We decided to eat here because it claimed to have fresh ingredients, which caused us to be disappointed when we got processed cheese on the grilled cheese. The hamburger was good, but very pricy for how small it was. Don't go here expecting a big gourmet burger. The prices seemed reasonable until we realized everything was a la carte and it is over $11.00 to get a small burger, small drink and fries with no extras. Everything tasted fine. Nothing was bad, just over priced and overrated for what we got. I was debating between 2 and 3 stars but went with 3 because of the pebble ice and drink options. read more

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite lunch places. The sandwiches are really good; I especially like the Pikey. The staff are friendly and reasonably fast. The layout is a bit claustrophobic, especially when it's busy, but I typically get my food to go so that's not a big deal to me. read more

Cubby's is so amazing! Definitely one of the best restaurants in Utah. They offer super fresh, mouthwatering food. My husband usually gets the tri-tip and its always juicy and balanced with yuummy sauce. I love the dragon slayer because it's one of the best burgers I've eaten. Food was very good. Seemed fresh. I got a Mr B sandwich, which oddly the cashier said,"Have you had it before?" I answered No, he said, "We don't recommend it. It's greasy and soggy and messy". I ordered it anyway and it was tasty. The pepper relish ( giardiniera ) tasted homemade. The dip-which I got on the side to prevent the "soggy" was a bit salty, and I love salt. My hubby had the tri tip salad which was good. We shared the buffalo blue fries. It was all good. Only suggestion to owners-keep the brooms, dustpans and trash out of site. Average score for an average place. I got the dragon burger. It was good but not anything you couldn't make on your own, but that's why your going out right? So that wasn't really a big deal because I didn't want to make my own food. The place was slammed when we went in, So any gripes I had about service I will let slide. My biggest complaint (if you want to call it that) was the portion size for the price. I downed that pricey little burger in no more then 6 bites. I could maybe go back to try something new on the menu just to see. But it'll be awhile. (The salad my girlfriend got was also very small and overpriced) read more

Sooooo good. Super fresh and seriously delicious. I've tried the tri tip steak salad, the buffalo blue cheese fries and the dragonslayer burger and they are all awesome. My kids were also totally happy with their kids meals. The layout of the restaurant can get a little congested and the menu is a little small for my aging eyes but those are seriously my only complaints. This place is so good.
