Roasted beet and goat cheese salad is so super yummy! Cool environment and cheap! Definitely coming back

Love their tri tip steak salad and sweet potato fries! My husband loves the tri tip sandwich, dragon slayer burger and buffalo fries. They have friendly, good service but the last time I was in to pick up a take-out order the guy packaging up the fries was wiping his runny nose on the back of his gloves. GROSS! If it weren't for this, I would have given them 5 stars. I hope they train their employees better in regards to food handling. read more

The kitchen was out of quite a few items on the menu including: mac n cheese, ginger squash soup, large hoagie rolls for their sandwiches, ICE, and fountain Coke! Either I was just having horrible luck, or these guys need some help behind the storefront! I had the tri-tip sandwich (kind of cold, and too much sauce) and buffalo fries (soft & soggy); both of which were average at best...My girlfriend had the tri-tip salad, which she enjoyed. We were in on a Wednesday night, with minimal traffic. I'll probably be back to give Cubby's another shot, but my opinion as of today says that Cubby's is overrated. read more

We came here after reading reviews online on yelp. Unfortunately the name closely resembles another restaurant not far from here. So I ended up reading reviews for this place but finding menu on Google of other place. It was tad confusing. We came for late lunch. We ordered Mr beef, portabello and chicken sandwich with buffalo fries, smokey bbq blue cheese, mac and cheese and tomato soup. Everyone loved the sandwiches. I think they gave us 2 buffalo fries instead of what we asked cause both tasted same. We ordered mac and cheese because of reviews but we were not impressed at all. Soup was good. I want to give it 3.5 stars but I can't. Will be back to try out their grilled cheese next time but I hope they put more cheese on it than they did in mac and cheese. read more

Great food. Many options to choose from. Love their salad, sandwiches and fries.

Awesome food! Gourmet burgers! I love the Houdini but get it with some delicious buffalo blue cheese fries!

We love Cubby's. Their salads are amazing! I get the kale and wild rice salad or the tri tip steak salad every time. But we haven't been super happy with this location. My husband always wants and asks for extra meat (and pays a pretty penny for it) but rarely gets it!! One time they didn't put any meat on at all. He always checks now before we leave the store to make sure they actually put meat on. They are pretty stingy with extra meat. read more

Pretty good. Everything is a la carte so it can get a little pricey. Mac n cheese was a bit dried out. Sandwiches were pretty tasty though.

So delicious! Try the Rosemary fries and balance it with a steak salad! You won't regret it!!

Their tri-tip steak salad is my go to meal here. I usually don't like like salads but this salad I will eat. It is really crowed during lunch time and is hard to find a place to sit and eat but that is normal with all the places to eat around thanksgiving point. read more

I love the burgers here. The rosemary fries are fantastic. I'm not big on salads, but the tri-tip salad is worth eating.

I love Cubby's! The sweet potato fries are delicious especially with the chipotle fry sauce. The buffalo chicken salad is also delicious. The vinaigrette dressing makes it light but so filling with the chicken, cheese and walnuts. The service is always prompt and friendly. read more

I had breakfast at Cubby's for the first time today and it was DELICIOUS. I had the Vegan Buckwheat Pancakes. Let me first say that I'm not vegan nor do I crave buckwheat BUT, I am trying to eat healthier so I chose this. It was so flavorful, light yet filling. My friend got the Quinoa Porridge and it was delicious as well. There were so many options with a wide variety. Next on my list are the Lemon Ricotta pancakes, breakfast burrito and the French toast. We watched other people's food come out and it all look amazing. Good job Cubby. read more

Cubby's - New American Near Me - Lehi, Utah

See all

I go here regularly for lunch and really like their food. Pretty much everything there is tasty, though they get insanely busy during lunch so go early (before 1130) or late (after 1) if you want to grab lunch. read more

The food tasted good, but for as expensive as it was I expected it to taste better. We got 3 sandwiches and runny mac n cheese and 2 shakes and it took 55 minutes from the time we ordered. I understand they make the food fresh, but I expect it not to take that long. I won't be back. read more

Our family enjoys Cubby's a lot. It's also one of the few restaurants where we feel safe taking our son with food allergies out to eat. They will flag his meal for us and make sure anyone handling his food changes this gloves. He also really enjoys what he can have there. I really enjoy their salads and a tri-tip sandwich they do. read more

I had the Buffalo chicken salad. It was delicious and it was nice and healthy. I would like to see this place open a location in Sparks, NV. Maybe at Legends? read more

Excellent three cheese sandwich. It is on the pricier side for the size of sandwich you get. The Rosemary fries are good but I wish they had special sauces to try them with. read more

Had the"Gipsy" BBQ burger. Not the best I've had because I don't love grilled onions (I like em fresh). There was a lack of BBQ flavor but certainly could have asked for more since it's free. Over all though I LIKED The burger and would order again. Got the BBQ Blue cheese fries as well. These alone would have got s 2-3 stars. They are small fries and have what seemed like dilutes sauces on them. Wouldn't order again but the chicken sandwich my wife had she liked. Would return just without the fries. read more

It's good. BBC Fries and a tri-tip with sweet and spicy. Real good.

Visiting Utah to see my daughter. We had the tri tip sandwich. It was very good. I liked that along with the fresh bread, the bbq sauce was good but it also had small pieces of bacon on it. Also had the macaroni and cheese. It was very good with a mellow cheese flavor to it. read more

Finally found an Ital Beef Sandwich here that compares to Portillos from Chicago. LOVE IT. Been here 5x and every time there's no disappointment. Stopped in the Spanish Fork location last week when heading out of town and the sandwich was half the size as this location. Looking forward to more locations opening. read more

Cubby's used to be the best kept secret in Provo. We're glad to share with our friends in Lehi and Spanish Fork. Must have the Tri Tip Salad! read more

The bbq fries were awesome! The sandwich could've had a tad more meat for the price. Overall good flavor.

In love with this place. Buffalo fries are to die for. Steak strip salad I could live on every meal. Husband had the grilled chese. He loved it. They were busy but, took order fast and arrived at table quickly. Staff kept busy cleaning in between customers. I will be back for sure. read more

The tri-tip salad is addictive! Food is delivered fast and priced fairly reasonable. Great family environment, but the taste and quality of the food is what keeps me coming back. I love the fries and dipping sauces as well. read more

I love Cubby's. Great service and great food. The only issue I've experienced is lack of seating options during peak hours.

Delicious burger...The Gypsy, although I held the tomato. I also loved the sweet potato fries. I knew Cubby back in college years through a friend. read more

SO GOOD!! I had the tri-tip sandwich with the sweet bbq sauce and it was perfect. I loved the rosemary fries too! The service was very friendly and fast. I loved the kids menu too--simple, quality food that all 3 of my kids loved! Next time I'm in Lehi I definitely want to go back read more

Very good! I wish the bread was a little more artisan so it wouldn't get so soggy. But the fries are delicious and the meat is very very good! The kids meal is very well balanced. read more

This is my favorite place to eat because the salads are fantastically loaded with all sorts of good stuff, the burgers are fresh, juicy, and flavorful and the buffalo bleu cheese fries are heavenly. read more

This place is great. We highly recommend it to everyone. The tri-tip sandwich is a favorite. Outdoor seating is a plus.

We are from Oklahoma and love love love this restaurant. The food was fresh and fast. I would recommend this if you are looking for something delicious AND healthy this is the place for you! It is very crowded during the lunch hour but they provided quick service' read more

The Houdini Burger and Wild Rice and Kale salad are amazing!

If you are from the midwest, this place is a must. Comfort food with a fun atmosphere and great staff!

I didn't care for the tri tip steak sandwich, but the beet and goat cheese salad was fantastic.

We love Cubby's and visit almost weekly. We love how natural and fresh everything tastes. And, their sweet potato fries are the best! We haven't had a sandwich we haven't liked, and appreciate the fact that we can order all the sandwiches gluten free. read more

I haven't ever had anything that I didn't like here. Especially GOOD is the Avocado Bacon Burger and the sweet potato fries. The scones are delicious! I really like the atmosphere here and the service is exceptional! read more

This location struggles! I have been twice now and both times the food (grilled cheese sandwich, tomato basil soup and buffalo fries) are cold to barely warm. Also, today neither one of the salads we ordered were dressed. Come on Lehi! Get it together! You have amazing food, serve it right! read more

Since my initial experience at Cubby's was enjoyable, I eagerly accepted an invitation to eat breakfast with my nephew and my brother. Giant mistake and very disappointing, as everything was overpriced for very small portions. Although it was shortly after opening the tables and floor were all dirty-as if they had not cleaned up after closing the night before. The cashier seemed angry and sullen. All in all the food was not bad-just very small portions and we went away still hungry. Will not go back for breakfast here ever as there are so many better (and cheaper) nearby alternatives. Cubby's management may need to re-think their recently introduced breakfast menu. read more
